I received my order in one day. So I began taking the product that night. I had taken CLA years ago and the most I would take would be 500mg a day. I took it as directed 2 softgels (3000) at breakfast and 2 (3000) at dinner. I weighed in at 166.3 I now weigh as of this morning the day of this review (post labor day meal) 163.8. So I have lost weight which is my goal. I began taking them with the Carnitine 1500 2 capsules the same time as the CLA 3000. The combination of the two was too much for me personally. I take other supplements as well including superfoods, so I backed off the Carnitine to 1 tab for now daily. This is what I experienced: Without taking the CLA 3000's, I wouldn't have lost the weight. I noticed that it allowed me not to gain when I normally would. That means I maintained even lost weight steadily. I spaced the softgels out to 4 times a day because I take other supplements. I don't like taking pills to two at a time doesn't work for me because my heart isn't in it to swallow a lot of pills at one sitting. Spreading them out works better for me. I could have lost more weight but there are days when I couldn't get to the gym, and I just had to have my pizza. I am happy with my results thus far. I have high blood pressure, so I need a supplement that doesn't give me the shakes. This doesn't. I am also loosing inches. I also have more energy. I don't feel sluggish like I used to. I am not taking any other weightloss supplements except CLA 3000 and CARNITINE 1500. I have been trying to loose weight for a while now. This time a see results, before I didn't. The price is very affordable@ 16.88. I recommend this product to anyone wanting to loose weight without the jitters. I am 58 years old, and active.

I have ordered for the moment two bottles. The product works great. Definitively the product reduces your appetite since now I get full with less food than before. For the moment I have not experienced a body transformation. But according to some research, I have to take CLA for around 40 days in order to see differences (I have had it for 25 days). According to research, for greater results we should take at least 4 grams of CLA. This is why I take 5 pills daily (two in the morning, two in lunch, and one in dinner). I was really concerned about the second bottle I bought. The first bottle came with dark pills. The second bottle came with yellow light pills. I got really confused whether I was getting the correct product or not (since even the scent changes). I ask Amazon about it, and they posted a question that is now answered by Mesomorph Labs. I do appreciate the fast response they made. However, it would be greatly appreciated for future customers to acknowledge them about this changes in CLA colors for the same product. The fact that I feel better about myself and that this have reduced my appetite in a good matter, I give 5 stars to this product even though I have not seen substantial changes in my body. Try it out!!
