The battery lasts long and the bike goes fast(Up to 30 mph). Assembly was easy to figure out. Bike comes with a lock, a holder for the lock, phone mount and an alarm. First off, I did a lot of research before buying this bike. I wanted something that would go around 30 miles an hour. That had good battery life, I wanted hydraulic, disc brakes and stylish good looks, front and rear suspension, 4"wide fat tires and this bike has all of that. I could not find any bike that came with all those features for under a thousand dollars. I love this bike. It's fun to ride. It looks great. It has good speed and performance. The suspension soaks up all, but the biggest of bumps, this bike had all the features I wanted and was several hundred dollars cheaper than its closest competitor. Battery life is good, especially if you help out with pedal assist. I really like the retro styling of the front headlight, which has low and high beam and is very effective. Most importantly, the hydraulic disk brakes have excellent stopping power, enough to lock up the front wheel, if you squeeze too hard. They even include a replacement set of brake pads and all the tools needed to assemble the bike, even an air pump. It feels like it's built like a tank, a little heavy at around 100 lbs, but it makes it feel very well planted and solid on the road, almost like an electric motorcycle. If you are debating on getting an electric bike, I can't think of better bike for the money than the Tamobyke V20 or V30, great bikes! ... show more

Good bike I’ve had it for about a year the battery runs out a bit fast when using the throttle instead of pedal assist and I’ve recently only had 1 inner tube pop it’s pretty fast and comfortable though and I think it’s a great bike for the money

Update: received new part in about a week and 1/2. Installation easy with help from company engineer video. Running wonderfully and back on the road again! It’s a nice bike and runs great but the controller quit working in the first two weeks of having the bike. We are currently waiting for a part. The company so far has been very cooperative but it’s disappointing. I have no idea how this is going to work out. Hopefully the controller is easy to install and it’s back running again soon. All welds are very nice and clean.The paint and finish is top notch.I have 4 other e bikes,and and this is the best,most comfortable,seat ever.Super nice. I love this bike. I’ve had two other electric bikes with the 26 inch fat tires and this one is so much better. I use it for hunting and I go in places that no body should ever try going and this bike has extremely impressed. Me and I also pull a trailer with loads of corn and plan on hauling my game that I’ve harvested on it. They have thought of everything from having the good headlight on it the front and rear suspension, and the power that it has is impressive. I very seldom will put it past the third gear because I just don’t want to ride that fast. It is an amazing bike. I would refer this bike to anyone, especially for the price range. ... show more

Here's why I'm giving it 3 stars: Pros: It came almost completely built right out the box, and didn't take much to get it on the road within an hour. The bike itself is sturdy and feels nice, and as a first timer riding a motorized bike it's honestly really fun. The hydraulic breaks work really well too and the bike stops exactly when you need it to. Cons: Although it shows it goes up to 32 miles/ph, the more accurate speed is about 26 miles/ph. I've gotten a flat tire twice already within the first month of using it, so I'd suggest replacing the inner tubes with better ones. If you get a flat and you're driving out far from home with no one to pick you and your bike up, you're definitely not going to have a good time. The bike gets heavy really quickly while trying to drag it off the road, and you risk damaging the rim getting the tire rolling while it's flat. I was also sent two of the same wrench sizes, meaning I'm missing the wrench size for the back wheel which is the one that has gone flat on me twice, so that hasn't been fun trying to get it off. The front light, although it seems like it would be bright enough, isn't very good while driving at night. My throttle has also been failing on me as well, and sometimes does not want to work at all. I try to disconnect the wire and plug it back in and that sometimes does the trick. Also, costumer service is kind of non-existent. I've reached out a few times and they eventually ghost me, so there's that too... Lastly, you will only get about 20-ish miles on a full battery while riding on max speed, which is reasonable, but definitely not as advertised. ... show more
