I am 61 years old and love camping in my travel trailer. But have trouble walking around the campgrounds. I purchased the Qlife city one e-bike to ride around on in the campground and to take when I go fishing the streams to ride from one fishing spot to the next one to save my hip and knee from walking so much. It has performed wonderfully. The speed is perfect even in non assist mode I can pedal easily. The seat is extremely comfortable as well. I got the back luggage rail added on so I could attach my Crete and fishing rods for easy travel. I absolutely love it. The price is fantastic under $500.00 delivered to your house. I never thought I would be able to afford a E-bike. So thanks to Qlife for offering such a quality product at an affordable price.

I mean...it's an incredible e-bike, solid and safe, for under $500 complete. So it could get Ten Stars. A HUNDRED STARS!! I love it. It rides smoothly (BUT do practice! The "pedal assist" feature takes a minute to get used to, it WILL "jolt" you forward right at first, important to know if you're not used to e-bikes) and the frame and construction are sturdy and well made. Seat is comfortable! Instruction guide gets a B+ and I'd recommend this bike to anyone! Here are my notes: - I bought the pink one. The color shown on Amazon is a dusty pink...but it is really more of a salmon-y pink. See the picture :) I rolled this baby right into my cluttered studio. Dig. - shipping, packaging, could have been handled better, some of the plastic protective pieces were cracked and broken, but the bike itself had only a few marks from what looked like a very bumpy delivery. This is more on the handlers and not on the manufacturer/seller, just a heads up. - if you order the optional fender and rack, it arrives separately and unmarked. You will need to understand how to assemble them (I haven't put mine on yet) outside of the provided instructions. - SAME for General Instructions, you will need to know how a bike goes together. The QR code provided in the booklet leads to a blank page; YouTube has helpful homemade videos that can clarify. Having another person available to help you during assembly is also recommended ;) - I needed my own Phillips head screwdriver and a different-sized Allen wrench than what came with the parts set, but assembly was mostly easy enough to figure out. I needed help tightening a few pieces. - not least: a key is shown in the pictures - this is not a keyed-ignition vehicle. It has a push-button start. The key goes to the battery, which is removable. You can charge the bike with the battery either on or off but the key is for that. - also not least!: you can just "scoot" on this bike, too, if you don't want to pedal ;) and note that switching from "pedal assist" speed-to-speed takes a little getting used to. Overall: You will love this bike!

We bought 4 of these in Black Friday deals and gave them as Christmas gifts to our kids. 1 arrived with bent front forks, another one arrived with a broken gear shifter. Neither were major issues given time prices point we squared up the front end and just ordered a new shifter. We quickly realized these bikes aren’t worth the box they showed up in. The first one died within 2 weeks; the rear hub (basically the motor for the bike) just stopped working. No crashes, or hard riding. It just stopped working mid ride. The next one died about 3 weeks later, the battery charges, it seats into the bike and the light turns on, but the control panel does not light up. The remaining 2 bikes had the same issue and quit working mid March. Every tire went flat, at random times and some without use. I contacted support through Amazon with no reply. I emailed Qlife directly and then finally called. When I called support they had me send videos and descriptions and told me someone would follow-up within 3 days. They never followed up. These bikes are garbage and the company, despite having a 1 year warranty, does not back their product. BUYER BEWARE. You get what you pay for.

I absolutely love this bike. It’s the best money I have ever spent on a bike. I had never ridden an electric bike before, these non-barriers it’s easy! I absolutely love this bike! I have put over 300 miles on it in just the last few months. I just LOVE riding it!!! It’s comfortable, handles well, sturdy, well built, holds a charge and I can go about 20 miles on one charge. I absolutely love this bike and highly recommend it.

I got the bike for Christmas and it stayed in the basement till I could get it assembled this spring. We finally got it put together last month. I charged the battery overnight and put it back on the bike. I pushed the start button on the top of the battery which I assumed was the correct button. It came on blue and then went off and didn't start so I don't know if the battery is bad or not but I have been in touch with the seller who is working on a solution so I will come back with an update on my review as soon as the problem is resolved.

So far this has been a fantastic purchase. My daughter loves it. It was easy to assemble, and took only about 5 minutes total for my husband and I to do together. We can’t figure out how to turn the light on in the front and the manual gives no information on that, but I’m sure we will figure it out sooner or later. My husband and I have both taken it around a few times too and my husband is 6’5 250 lbs. it still goes right at the maximum speed for him, and is a breeze to use. Controls are simple. Bike is very sturdy and well built. We love it so far. Can’t speak to exactly how long battery last yet but my daughter was on it several hours one day and battery was still going strong. This was just easy neighborhood riding, so can’t attest to any hills, or real commutes.
