Bought this Cityone Step Thru for my wife. Was really impressed with the packaging and how easy it was to assemble. Put 15 miles on it today with just using Pedal Assist 1 for hills and it was still full after the ride. Really happy with the quality and the 750w motor is more than enough for my wife. An added handle bar bell was a nice extra that wasn't expect.

Easy to set up, but after only 1-2 months of use got a controller error. The process was slow but the manufacturer did respond to all of my emails. I was sent a new controller to install but it was the wrong one. It has been frustrating due to all the back and forth over email as my son hasn’t been able to use it for the last 3months of the 5 months we have owned it. Hoping to get replacement soon with no issues.

I'm very disappointed in this false advertised bike. I wanted to refund it but didn't really have a good way to return the massive bike and putting it back in the box was a hassle so i dealt with keeping it . Speed is inaccurate I literally speed tested it and it's like 9 miles off and even with a new battery it still has same outcome. Bike is just very underpowered but yet it'll die after 5 miles. Screws rusted after it rained once which shows me it has terrible durability. Gear shifter has yet to properly work I just use the electric part buy shifting gears doesn't work anymore. I've had the back tire pop twice for no reason but the front has been just fine Handlebars don't stay still , they keep adjusting even with the bolt all the way tightened.

I am 61 years old and love camping in my travel trailer. But have trouble walking around the campgrounds. I purchased the Qlife city one e-bike to ride around on in the campground and to take when I go fishing the streams to ride from one fishing spot to the next one to save my hip and knee from walking so much. It has performed wonderfully. The speed is perfect even in non assist mode I can pedal easily. The seat is extremely comfortable as well. I got the back luggage rail added on so I could attach my Crete and fishing rods for easy travel. I absolutely love it. The price is fantastic under $500.00 delivered to your house. I never thought I would be able to afford a E-bike. So thanks to Qlife for offering such a quality product at an affordable price.

First Ebike I have owed it is fun. The only complaint it doesn't get as many miles as advertised. But I do live in an area with hills. It's a good quality build no rattles. Had to leave the front fender off (which is no big deal to me) I couldn't adjust it enough to prevent the tire from rubbing against it.

Color is just as described, a little challenging to ride at first but then again this is my first e-bike, very heavy so I’m guessing that’s good quality. Absolutely huge!!! And if you’re looking for a video to put it together look for the one that’s says 2.0
