I’ve been a proud owner of 2 Circooter mates for a little over a year now. Purchased for my wife & I to enjoy the city life. It’s become a daily/nightly hobby of ours to ride, explore, and site see. It’s extremely fun to get around town. I’ve put over 870 miles on my scooter (all original parts) Reliable, noticeable, and fast. I can do a smooth 28mph, and it powers me up any hill. The Circooter is quicker than the public scooters you see rented on the streets. The blue LED under glow is certainly an eye catcher as well. Sleek black and red make for great looking scooter. The all rubber wheels are a life safer, and extremely durable. No worries of a flat ever. Sadly, I experienced some mishandling during transportation. Some wires were clipped in the process. I reached out via email to Sales rep / technician. Angel kindly took on the task of helping me at all costs to get my scooter up and running again. He has been extremely helpful since my reach out for spare parts. He’s guided me through repairs, and shipped out all spare parts with quickness. I highly recommend and suggest this scooter to all family and friends. It’s been a real pleasure and joy in my life. Ordering from Amazon made me feel helpless when needing it fixed, but Circooter team was there for me.

Great scooter, but taking off a star because the brakes were not working properly. Back brake was leaking from the piston, and front brake had no fluid in it at all. It was completely dry! After flushing and bleeding the front brake with Shimano fluid, it worked perfectly. I can’t say the same for the back brake. Will eventually just spend extra money for a better quality brake system. Other than that, the scooter rides smoothly, the shocks are very stable, and it even went up a 30% incline easily. Display is easy to read, and the app is very user friendly. All in all, I am happy with the Circooter scooter.

I'm not a small person at 6'2" and 250lbs and this thing carries me with ease. Acceleration is no problem and it feels solid, just like the ones you'd rent in any city, except faster. Great customer service with prompt replies. I'm thinking of buying another so I can ride with a family member. Very addictive. I'm so happy I made the purchase! I highly recommend this scooter. You're not going to do better for the money. Also the lights are so cool and the app works great! **Update** I did buy a second scooter! They are so fun I wanted to be able to ride in pairs. Had one small defect (a small crack in a mounting bracket) that was beyond anyone's control and once again customer service was fantastic, responding to my questions and concerns ASAP. I have a lot of confidence in their after-the-sale service. For me that's critical, especially for something fairly expensive like this. Solid product, fast, reasonably priced, fun, and great customer service. That's a recipe for perhaps even a THIRD scooter! If you're on the fence, just buy it. You'll be very happy you did.

I have always been the person to read reviews that say don’t buy or warning but now I have been put in that situation. I bought a scooter for about $700. That’s a lot of money but I wanted something to handle weight, terrain, and riding it to work. After 3 months it stopped working. I rode it about 5 times. I am very careful with my things especially a $700 scooter. So reached out to the tech team and that’s were things just kept going down hill. First they are located in China so response times are long but not the worst. Because my scooter turned on but didn’t want to move they said they would send me a new part to replace. Ummmmm what. I am no mechanic especially on a $700 scooter! The first thing they made me replace was the accelerator not bad just needed to be unplugged and plug in the new one. Then it was the tire bearing. Not sure what that is but sounded like it was scraping when I rolled my scooter forward. So they sent a new rear tire. Seriously it’s one thing to unplug something but to actually replace a whole tire with wires, removing a panel, and making sure I’m not messing it up more it not something a customer should be doing. I have been sent 3 accelerators and a rear tire and now I have had a scooter sitting in my garage for 8 months. They just told me if I can find a replace place and they would pay for it but I need to wait after taking it to make sure the price it will take to fix is ok with the company lol. Oh and good luck with talking to a manager. You can call and speak to someone but if you need a manager you need to email then and they won’t answer. Soooo save your money. I wish I just got a normal scooter. I don’t spend money just for it to sit in my garage.

Top notch performance, safe, too much fun, I LOVE IT!!! Okay so I have had this for a year now, I am over 50 years old and I commute to work on very busy streets with it. I go about 30 MPH and for me that's rolling at a pretty good speed. it will roll over street debris with no problem. Easy to turn, stops quickly enough, excelerates smoothly, and I can keep on going for a good 20 miles. I do wear a full face helmet when riding but I feel comfortable when riding and am confident I am visual to other vehicle drivers. The low placed headlight makes the night road easily identifiable and the brake lights provide additional caution to others. I am still so happy with my Circooter. I have even ridden off road on both dirt and gravel, no problem handling my ride! EXELLENT PRODUCT, TOP OF THE LINE!!!

I have put in about 1228 miles on this scooter. It works great for 7 mile daily commute. Great size to handle, perfect situation with the solid tires although it rides rough but no flats ever! Goes fast enough and handles most hills. I needed something strong and fast enough but not over the top. This does the job. Foldable handles are a big plus. Mileage is good enough to get you out and back. Charges relatively fast (5-8 hours). Strong build and also easy to be carried for grocery shopping. Can take along on bus. It’s really perfect in its range of fast portable but sturdy and strong. I recommend for anyone who is serious about using it as a personal vehicle. Will save you gas money lol

I never had a scooter before this one, so nothing to compare to. This gad great features, which I will miss. The Bluetooth app, folding handle bars , nice horn, light and turn indicators. I bought the scooter strictly for commuting , which included folding it and carrying it onto a train and some stairs. I will say this scooter was perfect for that. Easy to fold and fairly easy to carry with one arm up a few steps onto the train. Total round trip miles on it per day was about 5-6 miles and that would use 2 out of 6 bars on the battery, always in turbo gear 3 mode. All in all I thought it was a very solid, well built scooter with great features unfortunately I had to return it after only 3 weeks for a few reasons. 1) the control buttons on the handle bars stopped working, horn, head and tail lights, speed modes and the display mode,( kph or mph) etc. I left my house in the dark each morning, thankfully it came with an app to connect via Bluetooth which allowed me to have control of all those things, But I should not have had to get my phone out each morning and connect to the scooter just to turn the head light on or change the top speed. The horn just stopped working all together , I found the horn was important. 2) the top speed is advertised at 28mph. I only hit that speed going down a very steep hill. The actual speed is 22-24 mph on a perfectly smooth and flat road. I probably would have settled for 24mph as a top speed, but more than not it only went 22 mph which really isn't fast enough for me to enjoy , expecally knowing I paid for a 28mph scooter. Add that to the electronic buttons ceasing to operate within 2 weeks, I opted to return it before the 30 days went by. I think it's great that they have a 30 day return policy and honored it. Hopefully that goes well and I see my refund soon. I did lots of research on ebikes and escooters and I did expect discrepancies in the advertised speed and battery life, but not a 6 mph lower top speed and a lot less up hill. On small inclines it only went 19-20 and on steeper hills , down to 11-12 and barely made it, that is with plenty of charge as well. To be fair I am 220lbs but this scooter, for only having 1 800 watt motor, really got up and went up to the top speed of 22-24 mph , so to me. It should have went to 28 on a flat road. The hill problem is probably the same on any single 800 watt motor scooter. But between that and controls stopping to work, I figured my best bet was to return it and try again with another model. My advice is to buy one with 2 motors, (front and back wheels ) and keep the battery AH rating small if you don't have a long ride to keep the weight of the scooter manageable. Great scooter, maybe I just got a lemon. 3 stars for the problems.
