I've scheduled a return. Not only does it have a glossy look, it takes several presses to adhere to my garments. 🥺 I thought this was the same product that came with my printer as it was "suggested ".

    • 2nd roll purchased and this one won't line up correctly no matter what I do
This is the second roll of film I have ordered from this company. The first one I ordered was the same name and same description, however, the back of the film is glossy compared to the one I received. This one will not go straight on my printer; I have adjusted it every which way to the point I was at the machine with a ruler and level, making sure everything was on point. I'm not sure if it's the coating on it or what, but it doesn't glide through the printer as it should. The other roll I received from them did great. I purchased this film in case of emergencies and it had made some pretty good prints . I wish they sold a “glossy” version as a roll for the 13” . When humidity arises powder does get stuck to the whole film so keep humidity set correctly . Over all good film !
