Top notch performance, safe, too much fun, I LOVE IT!!! Okay so I have had this for a year now, I am over 50 years old and I commute to work on very busy streets with it. I go about 30 MPH and for me that's rolling at a pretty good speed. it will roll over street debris with no problem. Easy to turn, stops quickly enough, excelerates smoothly, and I can keep on going for a good 20 miles. I do wear a full face helmet when riding but I feel comfortable when riding and am confident I am visual to other vehicle drivers. The low placed headlight makes the night road easily identifiable and the brake lights provide additional caution to others. I am still so happy with my Circooter. I'm not a small person at 6'2" and 250lbs and this thing carries me with ease. Acceleration is no problem and it feels solid, just like the ones you'd rent in any city, except faster. Great customer service with prompt replies. I'm thinking of buying another so I can ride with a family member. Very addictive. I'm so happy I made the purchase! I highly recommend this scooter. You're not going to do better for the money. Also the lights are so cool and the app works great! **Update** I did buy a second scooter! They are so fun I wanted to be able to ride in pairs. Had one small defect (a small crack in a mounting bracket) that was beyond anyone's control and once again customer service was fantastic, responding to my questions and concerns ASAP. I have a lot of confidence in their after-the-sale service. For me that's critical, especially for something fairly expensive like this. Solid product, fast, reasonably priced, fun, and great customer service. That's a recipe for perhaps even a THIRD scooter! If you're on the fence, just buy it. I don't normally write reviews; however, I thought I needed to with this purchase. I conducted a lot of research when it came to E-Scooters and I read a lot of reviews. I decided to purchase this scooter for myself (birthday present of course) just to get around our neighborhood. I have only had it for a couple of days and I haven't been disappointed. This scooter is very well built. It's not a light scooter (48 lbs) but built tough. It is taller than you expect but that is a good thing. I get on this scooter and I feel like I can conquer the world because it feels so "muscular". It has 3 modes to it and the Turbo mode is just awesome...the scooter just takes off when you push of the accelerator knob. Tires are great and the suspension system is excellent. The lighting system is excellent...lights all around and easily seen in the darkness. If I had to talk about one negative thing about this scooter, it would be the kick-stand. When you put the kick-stand down, it doesn't allow the scooter to "lean" enough. It is very close on being upright and I'm afraid it will tip over...appears to be no way to adjust the stand. I have always been the person to read reviews that say don’t buy or warning but now I have been put in that situation. I bought a scooter for about $700. That’s a lot of money but I wanted something to handle weight, terrain, and riding it to work. After 3 months it stopped working. I rode it about 5 times. I am very careful with my things especially a $700 scooter. So reached out to the tech team and that’s were things just kept going down hill. First they are located in China so response times are long but not the worst. Because my scooter turned on but didn’t want to move they said they would send me a new part to replace. Ummmmm what. I am no mechanic especially on a $700 scooter! The first thing they made me replace was the accelerator not bad just needed to be unplugged and plug in the new one. Then it was the tire bearing. Not sure what that is but sounded like it was scraping when I rolled my scooter forward. So they sent a new rear tire. Seriously it’s one thing to unplug something but to actually replace a whole tire with wires, removing a panel, and making sure I’m not messing it up more it not something a customer should be doing. I have been sent 3 accelerators and a rear tire and now I have had a scooter sitting in my garage for 8 months. They just told me if I can find a replace place and they would pay for it but I need to wait after taking it to make sure the price it will take to fix is ok with the company lol. Oh and good luck with talking to a manager. You can call and speak to someone but if you need a manager you need to email then and they won’t answer. Soooo save your money. I wish I just got a normal scooter. I don’t spend money just for it to sit in my garage. ... show more

Just took 1st test ride. I have a VERY steep hill and it labored up in eco mode. I’ve had a couple drinks and didn’t want to end up in the ICU so tomorrow we try TURBO MODE. Edit: Turbo Mode is for flat and straight. This thing is scary fast for someone with no helmet or pads. I’m EXTREMELY impressed with the handling and stability at speed. I hope this scooter lasts!! It’s now a little over a year. One of the rear “shocks” fell off and the battery only lasts 1/2 what it used to. Meh. Edit again: Scooter works okay but the zip is gone. Headlight bracket just broke and now light is dangling by the wire. So sad. ... show more
