My first observation was for a camera with the listed technical specifications, it was a great value for the money. When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised to find the instructions easy to read and follow (not tiny and difficult to read and follow). I was also pleased to find a USB power cord that was long enough for most installations. The overall set-up process was easy and uneventful. Pairing the Cinnado D1 camera to an existing Wansview Cloud account was simple and easy. Follow the instruction and in under 5 minutes the camera is connected and visible in the Wansview Cloud app. The picture quality for daytime use is excellent; the 2k resolution is satisfactory for indoor use. I was impressed with the night vision; it was sharp and clear. I don’t use the two-way audio, so I don’t have any comment about it. I use the 24/7 video recording function, and it works as it should. The motion sensor works; there is some latency in the tracking, as with most security cameras. I have installed a number of the Cinnado D1 cameras with installations in New York and Florida. The size of the D1 camera is compact and quite desirable; it is small, unobtrusive and easy to install. The Wansview Cloud app works fine. Since I monitor cameras from various manufacturers, I use Blue Iris for monitoring the various model cameras. The D1 camera within Blue Iris is easy to monitor and record using the available 24/7 live-stream video. The best part of my Cinnado experience was the Customer Service. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE AND PERSISTANT! I sent several e-Mails with my issues. Each time I received a response overnight; the response was always complete and thorough. They also were persistent with their follow-up e-Mails to ensure that my issues were satisfactorily resolved. My technical issues dealt with the streaming video settings for Blue Iris. Their information was complete and accurate. THANK YOU FIONA, FOR YOUR HELP AND PERSISTANCE! This is the way GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE!

I am so pleasantly surprised with how good these cameras work considering the affordability! I bought these to use as a new baby monitor because I was spending a fortune and they would last about a year! We’ve had these for a few weeks now and hoping they have longevity to them! They connected without issue for me and they cover a lot of area, the picture quality both daytime and night vision are great! I love that they can rotate 360 degrees and can be mounted or stand free. They have a record feature which is awesome! I haven’t set up the cloud storage (not sure if I want it) but I looked into it and was surprised how cheap it was! I love how simple the app is to use making set up a breeze as well as having so many features. Also there is an option to view all or some cameras at once which is great considering I am using these as baby/child monitors at night and it’ll be a big help! The only things I would change is maybe a slightly better sound, I can hear mostly everything fine but sometimes it’s a tad quiet depending on where the kids are in the room but it does not disrupt me being able to hear enough of what’s going on and most of the time it’s of no issue. I love that you can share the camera viewing with people and can allow and disable certain features for other users however there isn’t an option to let users move the camera around which I would like for my husband to be able to do. Overall I’m thrilled with these cameras and I think they are incredible all around!

I was hesitant to get this camera at first because of the price but I’m so glad that I was wrong and got it anyways. The set up was super easy and took less than 5 minutes, picture quality is excellent, I have the ability to move and angle the camera with my phone, it has the ability to blur out specific areas in your house to ensure your privacy, and even without the premium subscription, you get about 7 days worth of footage, and about 10 seconds per video. I got this to keep an eye on my dogs while I’m away, and I have no regrets. I can talk to them, hear them, move and angle the camera, and also have the ability to take screenshots and save to a gallery. The design is nice and small, and the camera itself works as advertised (and better than I expected, to be honest). I recommend this product 100%. I’ve had it for 2 months now and have no complaints so far!

Great product for the price, good image quality day and night, and user friendly. Useful as a pet camera! I had trouble connecting it to my apartment wifi, but their customer service (Roxie!) was very helpful and responsive. Would be perfect product if you have in-home wifi network (not shared apartment complex wifi).

These cameras are a great buy. Easy setup and connection, with an App to utilize and get the most out of cameras features. I am able to check on my children while in another room and speak to them with their two way mic and speaker feature. Also, I'm able to check who's at my front door in real life timing, with their motion sensor notification feature. Day or night video quality is clear and you can check all areas of the room with the rotating up down left to right capability. Record 24/7 with the optional SD-memory card slot to go back and view anytime. What's there not to love about these cameras¿ And the one time I did encounter a problem, I contacted customer service and connected with a representative who did everything in her power to resolve the issue and make it right., which she did and I am a 100% satisfied customer.
