I really liked the variety of massage options. You can choose from 3 different modes and 3 intensity levels to customize your massage experience. The kneading action from the 4 massage heads felt amazing on my fingers and palms after a long day at the keyboard. And the airbags provided a rhythmic squeezing sensation that was super relaxing. The heat function was a nice addition too. Since my office is always a bit chilly from the AC, I appreciated being able to warm up my hands a bit while enjoying my massage. I even got my sister hooked on it - she's a pianist and loves using it after long rehearsals! One of my favorite things about this massager is that it's totally wireless. I can use it right at my desk without having to worry about being plugged into an outlet. And it holds a charge really well - I've gotten several hourlong sessions out of it before needing to recharge. It's easy to toss in my bag when traveling too. If I had to nitpick, I'd say it's a tiny bit bulky, especially if you have really petite hands. And while I enjoy the heat, it would be nice to have a little more control over the temperature settings. Overall though, I'm really pleased with this hand massager. Seems to be well-built, and the massage function would be nice but the unit is too small for my hand (I'm about 6 ft tall, but with big hands, size XL). Since my hand won't go fully inside, the massage mechanism tries to bend at the wrong place on my hand.

The hand massager with heat is an great find for me, as it alleviates the discomfort I experience in my fingers due to early-stage arthritis. It's my personal massager at home, pretty nice! I have larger hands than regular woman but it does fit me correctly. I like the different modes, I started with the lowest setting but now I'm using the higher intensity and it feels so good. Love the fact that's cordless and rechargable, very convinient for me since I can travel with it. I was diagnosed 20 years ago with CTS, opted to go with acupuncture and deep tissue massage...it worked. Now am retired from working a job that put a lot of wear and tear on my body, especially my hands with bad joint pain. I also am a long time guitar player which demands sustainable wrist strength. I just received the CINCOM hand massager today and after charging it (nice that it's rechargeable with USB) I tried it out. I have medium/large hands and found it has plenty of room to insert my hand into. It is not quiet as there is a built-in air pump which supplies air to several small inflatable compartments which actuate the massage effects. But it's not loud. The heating aspect of the massage was great as well as adjustable. I used it twice today with several hours between usages, and once I found my sweet spot I was pleased to feel some noticeable improvement in joint mobility and pain relief. I think that with consistent therapeutical use and time I may be able to avoid going for treatment with a specialist in the immediate future. I researched similar products, with and without thumbholes, but the CINCOM reviewed near the top and fit my needs best. There's probably enough space to keep a thumb inside but I haven't tried that yet. Considering the fact that my medical insurance co-pay for a specialist is $35, two office visits for the cost of this product, this purchase made sense and is seemingly paying off. UPDATE: I'll have to return the item as the heating element quit working the day after I posted this review. But I'm going to get a replacement. ... show more
