The media could not be loaded. The controller felt sturdy to touch. It was heavy, and it didn't feel like cheap plastic. The remote screen is clean, and the electronic display shows clear letters, which is a good sign. I'm quite impressed with the screen display because this is the part many massage equipment lack. I can read the screen on bright daylight. The leg massager takes about 3-5 minutes to warm up to its setting. The hottest setting makes you think, "this is warm..." if you're expecting sweaty hot, it's not it. For my mum, the heat is just okay. The massage is fully air compression. The massage sleeve has three air compression settings. None of them are intuitive: combination, circulation, and sequence. I don't know what these really mean. It seems like arbitrary names. In other words, I don't think "circulation" setting actually helps with circulation any better than the other two settings. They're just... different air compression modes. This is fine because it's exactly what I wanted. In terms of price, I think this is more than fair. I have another device that looks exactly like this. That one does not have the massage features; it only has heat setting. Yet that one costs similar to this device. I have also looked other ones. And it costs more or less the same. But because I know the quality of merchandise, I am going to stick with this. Lastly, what I like about this one is that remote controller (air compressor) doesn't get hot. As I said before, I have a number of massage machines. And every one of them gets hot. The difference is how soon and how hot. This one does not get hot. In other words, even after successive sessions, the remote controller feels comfortable to touch, even though it has gotten hot. This is a big plus because it indicates that the risk of fire is lower than those massager that gets really hot. ... show more

These are amazing. I like that I can choose heat, level of heat or no heat. And the get to choose how much compression. There is the options, one is circulation, another is sequence and then combo of the two. It has a timer, and shuts off in 20 minutes. I like to use it more than one time, I usually do it twice. My challenge is getting them on myself because I'm still recovering. But they are easy to get on. The Velcro works great. I like that it came with 2 extender pieces for making the thigh area bigger, which works perfect for me. It is really relaxing and feels so good on my legs, especially after a tough day in physical therapy. They also come with a storage bag. Keeps everything together and easy to find. I have already recommended these to my sister and friends. Give them a try! ... show more

As an older person (83) I found it a little difficult to put on at first, but discovered by not unfasting the foot velcro straps you could just slip your foot in or out. The leg massager was purchased mainly for my Restless Leg Syndrome (RSL), so far by using the massager 4-5 times I'm experiencing improvement in that condition; Also, it makes my legs feel very good after the treatment.The remote is handy, easy to understand and works very well. ... show more

I had high hopes based on the reviews. I unpackaged and put on the left and right legs. Following the instructions, I started at the lowest level - the pump started and some air went into the foot section on both legs — good sign. I bumped the pressure up to mid - a little more air. Put it in high, and more air. The foot got some okay pressure going, and I could feel air was going into the calves, but there was simply almost no pressure I was hoping for. The heat worked! I don’t understand how some people complained of the pressure… I’ll be returning today. ... show more

I was hoping these would work as the description claims. Even on highest setting over pants or shorts there just isn't much pressure. Barely feel the heat on high. All that happens is compressor airs up and down separate pockets in the sleeves. They seem like they held air but I couldn't get them to work for me. ... show more
