Performs flawlessly, now if I could just say the same thing about my BBQ, hahah. I still put out a flawed batch every now and then, but this has improved my performance 10x from the old days. I like to get my meats close to perfect, then do a 1/2 wrap, pour in some beer, finish the wrap and put it back on the smoker for a period of time that's appropriate to the meat selection, typically 1-4 hours, depending, turn down the temperature and let the juices develop. I absolutely love this product. I just got a new Pit Boss grill/smoker and had no idea that there was a product better than aluminum foil for wrapping meat to cook low and slow without losing all the moisture until "pink or peach butcher paper" was recommended by a friend. I bought Meat Hugger because it came in a box with a serrated knife edge to cut. So far everything I've used this paper has turned out great.
