Falls mid calf on me but I’m 5 foot 2 so even if you are tall this is a full length coat. Sleeves are a little long on me but not so much that I can’t wear it. Side pockets and a tie belt. I was pleasantly surprised by this coat. It's a heavy coat and not a thin material, so it's perfect for winter. The coat is very warm and cozy and it's long enough to keep my legs warm as well. I got the small and it does have that oversized look. The coat is tied only with a belt but it can be as slack or loose as you want it, so it'll be good for layering.
