It put together well, pay attention to the directions. .. theres all of 5 steps total. Its heavier than I thought it would be. It did come with extra screws, which was a nice thought. It's a decent size, for the price. I like the way that it looks. Only thing is the bread box came cracked all the way up the one side.

As most have mentioned, the directions aren't the greatest. Don't think part A, a side, will be one of the first parts , it's not. It's the very last! The door and the slide-in back panel pieces (F) MUST be put on first. The door has pins that fit in on the top and the bottom on the right side. After dropping the little Allen wrench 3 times, I went out to the garage and got a T-handle 3mm Allen wrench and things went a lot faster. Nice that the tools were included. I received an extra piece of hardware of each type, which is easy better than being shorted! I have temporarily stuck self-adhesive stickers (not included) over the shiny screw heads, but the color isn't a good match as can be seen in the last pic. I will probably touch the heads up with paint or a nail polish for a better hiding method. In the second picture, I have shown partial loaves of bread on the top shelf. The bottom shelf shows a full package of bagels, but I had to turn it sideways as the door wouldn't shut tight. The magnet isn't very strong, so if anything sticks out the slightest, the door won't stay shut. I chose this bread box because it didn't come out onto the counter area as much as the lower, longer style. Plus, it was time for a change. Oh, my husband doesn't like the fact that light can get through the PLASTIC, not glass as described, and bread could mold faster so I will put some window film on the inside of the plastic, which is the smooth side. I think it looks very nice and I am happy with it. Gave 5 stars for the completed item, no dinging for vague instructions!

I bought two of these. My counters are in an L shape to each other, so I got one for each counter. We use one as a charging station which hides all the cords and chargers, and the other for baked goods. They hold a lot and give the counters that clean and lots-of-space look I like. They're tidy and harmonize with my wood cupboards.
