I sized up and got a medium, which probably wasn't necessary, but it's a meant to be oversized anyway. Overall, I like this coat. It hangs well and is stylish. The pockets are super roomy. I do wish it had beltloops, especially since it comes with a belt. This is very much a coat for early fall, as without a lining it's not very thick. But you can wear it more for fashion as an indoor coat.

This coat looks so elegant and perfect for fall season. Its not too thick or thin and quality is great even after washing it. Only issue I have is it runs a little big big for small size and wish there is XS size. Other than its great. Will update if anything changes.

This Cicy Bell Women’s Double Breasted Long Trench Coat fits true to size! It is long! I am only 5 and 1/2 an inch (short) and the length of this hits about an inch above my ankles! I don’t mind but keep that in mind if you are short like me!

One thing that I do not have in my list of wardrobe is a trench coat. We live in the Pacific Northwest where we get a lot of rain so having a nice warm trench coat is a big plus. This Cicy Bell coat is a lightweight trench coat and not designed for extremely cold weather. We chose the black color as it goes with almost everything. It is a classic trench coat design with attractive button down epaulets on each shoulder. It has a nice pop up color and the lapels are long and attractively cut. There are 2 front pockets which are large and can fit your hands even gloved. Inside there is a single button to secure one side of the front tightly on your chest. It also includes a belt but there are no belt loops to secure it with. Obviously it is more for looks than practicality. It hangs down below your knees so it protects the majority of your legs. It is not lined so it only offers the minimal warmth. It would be best worn with a sweater or something similar. On the upper right hand portion underneath the lapel there is a cut "flap" which doesn't appear to have any function. I assume it is just for looks. This jacket is made of polyester but I'm not sure if it is water resistant or waterproof. Overall, it is a nice coat offering a reasonable amount of protection against the cold. One note of interest is that this coat is oversized so you should keep that in mind when selecting the proper size. I am in between sizes so I ordered down and it is still a bit large on me.

Based on the size charts and Amazon’s recommendation, I got an XL, but I should have gotten a large. While it’s good to have room for bulky clothes underneath (especially given that the coat is not going to provide a lot of extra warmth), this was overly large even accounting for that. For instance, the sleeves are several inches too long. It’s also made of very lightweight material, which is not bad, but it does mean that this coat is not meant to provide warmth in very cool climates. I live in Texas, so it will serve the purpose fine most of the time, but not on the coldest days. The belt helps to give it a bit more shape, but it still isn’t the most flattering. The construction is not up to par for this price range, however. I see that some people had coats without belt loops, but mine does have loops on either side to keep the belt with the coat.

This is the lightest trench coat I've ever owned. In fact, it doesn't even meet the definition, "A trench coat is a variety of coats made of waterproof heavy-duty fabric." It's more like a long wind breaker for light rain and warm Spring weather. If you're looking for something to stave off the chill, there's no chance of it here. The lightness is due to the lack of a lining or any interior finishing. They used a serger to complete the inside seams, so anything heavy in the pockets would ruin the line or look of the coat. It's also much bigger than expected. I ordered the XXL, which would normally work for what I expected to be a slim fitting trench coat, but not this one. I can easily overlap the sides and it's double breasted. The pictures from the seller look premium but the actual coat was made with the bare minimum, thread, serger, buttons, and material. The thin belt bunches and does not lay flat when tightened. Cost though is good for what you get.
