These chairs are very stylish and look great in our space. We did have one leg arrive broken, but the company quickly shipped us a replacement part with no hassle. Their customer service was excellent. The only downside was assembly. Some of the screw holes didn’t line up perfectly, so we couldn’t get every screw fully tightened despite trying different tools and methods. That said, the chairs still feel very sturdy once assembled. We even had a family member who weighs over 300 pounds sit in them, and they felt solid and comfortable with no issues. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase. Great-looking chairs, excellent customer service, and sturdy construction despite the minor assembly issue. I’d give them 4.5 out of 5 stars. ... show more

It's the perfect size for my space, feels sturdy, and the height is comfortable for everyday meals. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because assembly was a little more difficult than I expected. The chairs look nice overall, but unfortunately, the quality and finishing are not as good as I expected. I tried installing the small caps that are included to give the chairs a more finished look, but they simply don’t fit properly. I reached out to the seller hoping to find a solution, but unfortunately, I never received a response. It’s disappointing because this seems like something that could have been easily resolved. I’ve had these chairs for about six months now and I honestly haven’t had any problems with them. They still feel very sturdy, comfortable, and well made, and the materials have held up really well with regular use. I have small children, so the chairs have gotten dirty more than once. I’ve already cleaned the upholstery about three times, and each time it has been surprisingly easy to clean. I do recommend letting the fabric dry completely afterward. In my case, I let them dry outside in the sun, and once dry they look just like they did when I first bought them. After six months of everyday use, I’m still very happy with them and really can’t complain about the quality or durability. ... show more
