Makes a better cup of coffee than a $200 machine I purchased. Very straightforward and easy to use. My only complaint is it's a couple of inches deeper (Front to back), then my old one, so takes up more space than I like. The width is great. Nothing super fancy overall, but gets the job done at a reasonable price.

I had purchased two of these machines bc they were really well made, space saving, and aesthetically pleasing. One had an issue a few months into using it but was promptly resolved after reaching out to customer service. It's a great value for a lovely espresso machine.

The media could not be loaded. Delicious coffee every time. I suggest you just play with it until you get your coffee just how you like it. The steamer part is really a nice bonus. I've made espresso and cappuccino and I even made regular delicious coffee by hitting the button twice for the same serving. I'm in love!!! Thank you Chulux

I've never used an espresso machine before, only a moka pot, but a latte is my preferred coffee drink so I got this espresso machine to try out. Overall, I'd say this machine is a good option for the price. It comes with two sizes of filters for either a single or double serving, plus a measuring spoon with tamper. The flavor is good, although that will depend a lot on the coffee you use. Now that I've been using this machine for about a week, I think I've got the hang of it. However, the first few attempts were not great and I don't think it was my fault. The first night I tried to brew a single cup, the machine would not work. Everything was installed correctly, lights indicated it was ready, would beep and nothing. The next morning I tried again and it worked, but the espresso was not hot - less than 100 degrees F I'd guess. However, each attempt after is working better. I've now successfully brewed both single and double cups several times and the espresso is consistently hot and I don't have any trouble getting it to brew. So, if you get this machine and it doesn't work right at first, keep trying. I emailed support a few times to troubleshoot and they responded within a few hours with some things to try. I deducted a star because I definitely prefer if this worked correctly straight out of the box. The milk steamer/frother works but for me I prefer to use my instant pot steamer/frother which does a great job making foam with almond milk. The machine is attractive- a stainless steel finish with a narrow profile which I like. It is kind of long/deep which is fine for me but might be an issue depending on your space.

I ordered this Espresso Machine from the CHULUX Store for my daughter bc she loves to make all kinds of coffee drinks. I have found that to make espresso that you will be making a small mess bc the grounds seem to get everywhere when you are tamping them. My daughter has had better luck with this machine when it comes to that and the milk frother is very easy to use. You don’t have to by very expensive coffee to have a great cup of espresso. From start to finish, it takes about 15 minutes total in the beginning to make your espresso. This is a great machine that is very easy to use and after a few times of trying to make that perfect cup. I do recommend this espresso machine to others.
