Works really good

Solid but tiny (as advertised). If you have the space, they make a larger model.
The machine is small, as advertised, so it should work well where counter space is limited. I was unaware when I bought it that they make a larger model which I wish I had purchased. The water reservoir and the used capsule receptacle are both very small, requiring frequent filling and emptying. If you have the space, go for the larger model. My smaller model does heat up fairly quickly, and makes a nice espresso in short order. Upon opening the lid to drop the used capsule, an occasional wiggle is needed to get it to drop. Overall, a very good machine with a few minor quirks, but well worth the cost.

Fire and Flames in MY kitchen! 🤬
Litterly CAUGHT ON FIRE/ on the 3rd use, no I have $50 worth of pods I can't return.... The first two espressos were amazing! DONT DO IT! It was still smoking even after I made my coffee! Then I took the video, the last photo shows for the plastic got so hot it melted!

Loved it until hot water spewed from the lid
I absolutely adored this little machine and used it twice daily for about a month. Worked great during that time, coffee was hot and consistent using Nespresso brand pods. Then one day, it just started spewing hot water from the lid. I visually inspected and saw no damage, tried with and without pods with same result. I threw away the box and manuals so I don't plan on returning or trying to get support. Nespresso makes a little machine at just 80 bucks more than this one so I am buying that and throwing this one away. Had high hopes but this just isn't a good purchase given the short lifespan and price. By the way, another reviewer suggested the tank lasts a week... I use 3 pods per cup and that drained the tank each time. Not bad but it isn't a high capacity machine.

Not what I expected
It will serve its immediate purpose, however, long-term I would not recommend because it leaks coffee into the pod collection chamber gets a bit messy. Also the the cup supporting piece is very small. You will have to use the smallest of espresso cups.

Love the size.
Perfect size to slot into a small space and is even smaller than my old Nespresso pixie. This would be perfect to take on vacation if you are someone who can’t be without their espresso too as it is very light. When brewing, the machine is not loud. My main gripe is that it does not automatically go into preheat when opening the lever. I have to press one of the brew buttons to get it to wake up. Also, sometimes the pod gets stuck after brewing so I have to use my finger to dislodge it. Other than that, smooth sailing.

Tiny footprint, real crema every morning
At 3.3 inches wide, this thing barely clears the edge of my drip tray — I had to double-check it was actually sitting straight on the counter. The 40-second preheat is genuinely fast; by the time I've grabbed a capsule and set my cup, it's already ready to brew. The crema comes out thick and consistent, which I wasn't expecting from something this compact. Used capsules drop automatically into the collection bin when you open the lid, so cleanup is basically nothing. The auto-shutoff after five minutes of inactivity is a feature I didn't think I'd care about but now appreciate every time I walk away distracted. My only hesitation is that the machine vibrates noticeably during the brew cycle — enough that a lighter cup will scoot around a bit on the drip tray. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know. For the counter space it saves alone, it earns its spot in my kitchen.

Try a different model or brand
I returned this because it was wasteful. Most of the coffee ends up in the reservoir. There is a note that says a few drops are normal but honestly most of the coffee is wasted. Try another brand and model.
