I have bought a bunch of NS original capsule machines over the years, but when my last one died, I just didn't want to spend a lot of money. I took a chance on this and I very pleased. The design is great. The build is solid and heavy, lots of metal. The pod loader NEVER mis-feeds, ruining a good capsule. The warm up time is the fastest I've ever seen, and the coffee comes out nice and HOT (no putting your cup in the microwave to get it up to the right temperature.) Only the "lungo" setting is adjustable for volume, but it is super easy and has a wide range. The spent capsule holder has a see-through grill, so you know when you need to empty it. This machine addresses every issue I have ever complained about on other models. If it lasts more than even one year, I'd buy it again! We'll see.

The media could not be loaded. This little espresso machine is amazing! I honestly wish I had bought it sooner. I had been searching for an espresso machine that could make Cuban style espresso (single shots) for my husband and me, since I didn’t want to brew a full moka pot every time and end up wasting coffee. This machine is absolutely perfect for that. It makes just the right amount for a small espresso cup, which I love because I prefer my espresso very strong (intensity 11–13). My cup is ready in under a minute, which is a huge plus. I also didn’t want to spend a lot of money on more expensive brands, and for the price, this machine fits perfectly, both in performance and value. We’re very impressed. The coffee comes out hot. Personally, I wouldn’t mind it being a bit hotter, but it’s really not an issue for us since we drink it quickly. Noise wise, I think it’s very minimal. My husband says it sounds louder at 4 am (lol), but overall it doesn’t bother us at all. The machine is compact and doesn’t take up much counter space, which I really appreciate since I don’t like a cluttered kitchen. The water reservoir lasts a long time, we easily get over eight single espresso cups before needing to refill it. It’s also easy to clean, and I love the built in compartment for used pods. Overall, this is an excellent value for the money. I highly recommend it!

I just received it and I already love it. It’s small, lightweight, and doesn’t take up much space perfect for the kitchen or even the office. It heats up quickly, and the coffee tastes great using LA Llave espresso pods. It’s also very easy to clean. If you’re looking for something practical and affordable without losing quality, this is a great choice. Highly recommend!

Just paid 100 dollars for a piece of trash. Lights blinking which ironically is exactly which had happened to the unit i replaced this with. Didn't even work once. Troubleshoot according to manual with no luck. Have never received such a defective product doing online shopping before, so had already thrown the box out (i should have checked that it worked first, but in my defence i was not expecting a 100 dollar literal piece of garbage to arrive in the mail instead of a coffee machine). My advice is dont buy this product, and if you do, hold onto the box

As I only have one coffee each day, I don’t need a big complicated machine. My last small one was Nespresso, and it started giving trouble. This one is easy to use, holds a useful amount of water, has room for 16 empty capsules but is neat and compact, quiet and efficient. I love it.

I am very impressed with the CHULUX Mini Espresso Machine. It is compact, lightweight, and fits perfectly in my kitchen without taking up much space. The 20-bar pressure makes a big difference – the coffee comes out rich, smooth, and with a nice crema on top, just like in a café. It heats up quickly and is very easy to use, simply pop in a Nespresso capsule and your coffee is ready in seconds. The design is sleek and modern, and the white color looks elegant on the counter. Cleaning is also simple, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s an excellent value for the price and makes my mornings so much better. Highly recommended!

EDIT! Moving review from 2 stars to 4! There is a customer service email address on the machine, and the agent I reached, refunded my purchase, but even more importantly, wanted a photo of the date code on the bottom of the machine, to see if it was part of a single batch of them that had an issue with a smoking fuse inside it. It sounded very much like they had a known defect with a batch of them, and are working on it. I deeply appreciate a company that is trying to collect the data needed to fix their problems. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Started smoking after each brew only 34 days after delivery. (Just beyond Amazon return window!) I’ve emailed customer support and waiting for a reply. Two stars instead of one, because it has a really well made feel, so if this is a rare one time fluke, it is a nice product.
