Love the look of this trench with nice details like tortoise buttons and belt buckle and it is made of a great water resistant/soil resistant fabric. I haven’t washed it yet but it stays nice and clean through many wears. I did iron it when I got it out of the package and it has stayed really nice. I think it is a great value for the price. I’m 5’4 and wear size 14. I bought an xl and I like both the length and fit. The length is a little lower than mid thigh on me. It’s a light weight jacket that is comfortable in cooler temperatures. I love the aesthetic of wearing the jacket with cream, blacks and browns and it makes me look really put together. I highly recommend.

This jacket is much nicer than expected! Just the right weight for spring in the South of France. I didn’t get it really wet so I can’t speak about whether it is water proof. I liked the length and fit and felt stylish. Love the choice of colors too.

***I went on my trip and it did keep me dry when it started to rain, but it didn't keep me warm. It was also very tight when I wore it over a sweatshirt. I would recommend it for anyone who is needing a raincoat for the warmer months where layers and thicker clothing will be warn. But that mostly due to the sleeves being so narrow. I had more than enough space in the chest and body area. I bought this because I am going to the UK in October, and I wanted something to wear that was dressier than my hoodie and long black cardigan sweater and offered more than my pashmina shawl. I normally wear a size 14 and thought the XL would be the perfect size. It's fine if I am wearing a nice dress or a blouse. But a thick sweater or sweatshirt and it would be too tight on my arms. I wear a size 38 DDD-40DD bra depending on brand and I was happy that I can close this jacket ( this is to thin to be a coat) The Purple is a rich dark color that I love. If this had been just a bit larger I would have given it a higher rating. It's exactly what I was wanting.

This is a really great coat for the price. It's lightweight, flattering, and comes with a detachable belt and hood. I got it in the black and it's very slimming. It's well-made and all the details are thoughtful, including the tortoiseshell buttons. For reference, I got the 3X and am 5'7, 220 lbs.; based on the other large-chested gals' reviews I sized up and it fit perfectly. My only gripe is the detachable hood, the snaps don't stay put so it's constantly falling off, therefore, that part is basically useless. However, I'd still recommend this coat to anyone looking for something that's versatile and high-quality, it's perfect for the spring and fall. Good deal!

Order a size up I'm a 20/size 2x so I ordered next size up size 22/3x. I.was thinking not a heavy winter coat weather but a warn sweater neath and it's perfect for nippy novemberb weather. Very stylish and comfortable

I purchased this coat for a trip to the UK and it did just what I needed it to do. As predicted, there was rain and this coat made walking the streets of Edinburgh on a drizzly day quite pleasant. The detachable hood made it possible to wander without an umbrella. The pockets are deep enough to carry a bottle of water and store gloves. The coat is lightweight and manages to be warm (I did wear layers under the coat). It traveled well, and hung nicely even after 16 hours packet in my luggage. I ordered a XXL, and I wear a women’s size 20. That coat technically fit, but would not accommodate layers. I sent that one back and reordered in XXXL, and it fits perfectly.

This is an excellent and stylish rain jacket! It serves its purpose when keeping you dry as well. I really like how lightweight it is. You can wear this is the spring, summer and fall with ease. It may even be converted for winter but you will need to layer up underneath. However, be prepared to sew the buttons back on. The thread from one of the buttons on the front is unraveling and LITERALLY hanging on by the thread! The fabric itself and the look is certainly top notch, but the button situation requires the loss of a star. I'm not a seamstress and have no time to sew. But, since this rain coat makes a fashion statement while keeping me dry, I'll take one for the team!
