I bought this because I am going to the UK in October, and I wanted something to wear that was dressier than my hoodie and long black cardigan sweater and offered more than my pashmina shawl. I normally wear a size 14 and thought the XL would be the perfect size. It's fine if I am wearing a nice dress or a blouse. But a thick sweater or sweatshirt and it would be too tight on my arms. I wear a size 38 DDD-40DD bra depending on brand and I was happy that I can close this jacket ( this is to thin to be a coat) The Purple is a rich dark color that I love. I'm very happy I gave Chrisuno a 2nd chance. The first trench I ordered arrived literally wadded up and shoved into a small bag. I sent it back for refund as it was going to be too time consuming to get it to the wearable appearance stage. About a month later, although my order's condition upon arrival gave me a bad taste, I took the chance that it was a one time flub. Turns out, it was. I reorder the same coat, different color and it arrived perfectly folded as one would expect when purchasing a garment. I like that the company uses minimal packaging and they proved there is a way to prepare an attractive presentation without unnecessary boxes and bags to only be disposed of. The new trench is very nice, I bought medium and it fits as expected and it's a shorter length, just above knee which is what I was looking for. I brought the brown and am looking forward to wearing it this Fall in New England. I'm seriously considering buying another color. I know through experience this company stands behind their return policy as I returned the first order without question and received a refund promptly. I ordered the khaki color in medium because several reviews mentioned it fit tight across the chest. I’m a 36C and was worried the small wouldn’t fit. However, I’m returning the medium because it’s too large everywhere. For reference I’m 5’3”/125 lbs, 28” waist and 37” hips. The color and fabric were as advertised/expected for the price point. It is lined and I can see it keeping me warm in So Cal winters. The buttons and belt buckle are a nice quality/color. While not bad, I’m not certain I will replace with a size small, because overall it is of notable lesser quality then designer brands. Obviously, right?! Navy is a pleasant medium blue. Fabric a little crisp, no drape. I'm 5 ft 4 in and it comes to 3 inches above knees. Problem is that it's short waisted even at my height. Size M not generous through shoulders and hips but then flares out very wide at the hem. Extremely long belt. Might not keep it.

This is a flattering, mid-length trench coat. I ordered a size up (large) based on other descriptions of fit. In US sizes, I typically wear a medium. I ordered khaki, which in the photos looks very light in color. What I received was much darker, really a camel color. The fabric is lightweight, the stitching is clean and tidy. The buttons and belt buckle are not the greatest quality, but look fine and are what I would expect for the great price on this coat. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and consider it a good buy. I would buy this again, in another color, with the knowledge that I might need to be flexible about the exact color I receive. ... show more
