I like the mid-century look of this chair. I bought it with the "mocha" fabric, which isn't too dark or to light. It is a very neutral color (not quite brown), which could fit into almost any color scheme. There was some assembly required (attaching the feet and the back), but all the parts were included, and it was easy to put together. The chair is padded (back, seat, and arms), but it isn't the type of chair you sink into. It's firm, but not uncomfortable. It is also not a large chair, but the size suits me perfectly since I live in an apartment with a small living room. All in all, I think the quality of the product is good, and it's an excellent value for the price. ... show more

I loved the look of this chair. It was exactly what I was looking for as far as style goes. The color was perfect as well, at least in my opinion (but not so much in my wife’s). The chair assembled in minutes and looked great. Could not have been more pleased. Then I sat down. The cushion and back were both very stiff and the chair was not terribly comfortable. I was a bit disappointed, but people mentioned in reviews that it takes time to break in and becomes more comfortable. I really liked the chair but as mentioned my wife not as much, so there was a compromise. With a hint of a silvery blue in our curtains I ordered the same chair in the light blue shade. Again the look was perfect but the comfort left a bit to be desired. Fast forward a few months, and we now have a pair of these chairs in blue. I love the mid century modern look and the blue is my second choice in color, but they are fine. The comfort continues to increase with use and my overall opinion of these is very good. ... show more

This chair is great for its price point. I found it cheapest on Amazon but also found the same chair under both this name and a few other names on Overstock, Wayfair, and Target. Super quick to assemble (manageable with one person) and it looks great. It is a taupe color - pale brown with grey. It is not comfortable on its own but I don't think that's a bad thing. I think it's great as a chair for if guests come over, just not as a daily lounge chair. I recommend getting a lumbar pillow and maybe an ottoman and it's perfect, and also comfortable to read in. ... show more

I'm kinda obsessed with this chair right now. It was purchased for a little nook I'm creating in my kitchen where someone who doesn't want to sit at the island can comfortably hang out in the kitchen, too. It's not too big - I have a finite space to work with and the chair I'd previously repurposed for the space was too much. It's not too small - I'm a fairly average sized woman and it's bigger than a single chair but not quite into chair and a half territory. It's not too short - I don't anticipate being the primary user of this chair and I didn't want my husband to feel like he was sitting on the floor. It's not too tall - I like some back support but I don't like the overstuffed, super tall backs. It's not too soft - this isn't a suck-you-in, difficult to climb out of chair. It's cozy while providing some support. It's not too firm - think 'well-appointed office' or 'formal living room', not dining chair. It's the perfect middle ground! Mocha is an accurate description of the color. It's a fabulous tweedy brown, definitely reminiscent of mid-century furniture. ... show more

I've had these for a few months now and they are the only seating I have in my living room. These don't get heavy daily use but my son does teach guitar a few times a month and these are the primary seating for lessons. The look of these is great and they are stiff which is great for our purpose. I've noticed after a few months that some of the material looks looser than before as I'm sure the padding is starting to be condensed. They do pick up pet hair and need to be defurred often in a pet friendly home. I think these are great accent chairs that you can expect to last several years if you treat them well but they are definitely not long term heavy use furniture. ... show more

I love these chairs! It took me 5 minutes to assemble them once I got them out of the packaging. They are pretty comfortable, albeit a bit stiff. I imagine they will soften up over time. I gave three stars for sturdiness because everything hooks together with metal brackets. The shoulder of the chair pops off easily if you move it by the shoulder. I'm totally ok with this though because you only have to pop it back into place. For the price point and the overall look, I'm happy to deal with a few minor issues.
