I have just received my second ordered skirt from the company. I am a big fan of soft leather and loved the design of this skirt. I had a deadline to receive it for wear and the first order was made in plenty of time for normal Amazon receipt. I am an average sized shapely Woman, wearing a Misses 11-14, depending on the fit of the the dress. The Company is abroad. At the suggestion of Amazon sizing tool, I initially ordered the XL, which I assume compensated for the size difference between EUR and and US sizings. I couldn't get it over my hips; then with much difficulty I did get it (tightly) on over my head, and (eventually) my head -- with an obvious too-tightness for wear. I planned to send it back but my Grown Daughter was visiting the day it arrived and I urged her to try it on because it looked like it might fit her: it did and was beautiful on her. I believe she about a 9-10, perhaps smaller. I gave it to her and ordered another that I just received. This time I ordered an XXL and remained in contact with the company to get it in time for Thanksgiving wear -- my original intent. It fits and seems well made but the band to it seems more than what's needed needed and goes up to far (same thing noticed with the one I gave my Daughter, so I have to fold it over and wear a belt with it. I appreciate the swift response from the Company every time contacted and throw meeting mt timeline but I would have appreciated a better sizing estimate so that I would not have had to focus on this for so long and purchase two items. I recommend increased inventory and local sourcing so that the product can get out quicker. In this day of swift turnaround and despite positive customer service, Many people would have given up and gotten their money back. Post Script -- the XXL doesn't fit as well on the waist due to the band. I tried alteration to remove the band but my very competent seamstress can't do anything with it due to the heavinesss of the leather. I am frustrated because I don't wear it due to it waist tightness. I considering getting yet a larger size so the band will fit better. The band on the current skirt (2X) is too high and doesn't wear well with tops. I feel that I am waisting money -- this will be my third try; but I am determined to get it right. Post Post Script: My final effort to get a skirt that fits arrived expeditiously and fits. Unsure why I had to go up to a 3X to fit. (I have never worn anything in a size that big. I may need to get it hemmed -- if possible because this one is too long very long, much longer than the prior two which fell just below the knee. I do not wear my clothes that long and that size must have been geared to other cultural norms than mine -- .ie it must have been made for an older woman or one who needs moree coverage; he other two were shorter - falling slightly below the knee and I liked that length better. My seamstress couldn't alter the last purchase (too complex in the waist area) but I will see if she can shorten the length of this final one via hemming. I do not intend buy further here because I've spent $450+ and too much energy in an economy that's worsening daily on this product to get the proper fit and size and now - length. This product should be more compatible / adjustable to American size and style, if you are marketing your product in America and perhaps offer another style option, like a non--flare A--line option (I know, if a flare was hard to get a proper fit A-line would have been a nightmare. [Amazon: Please have additional vendors and style options in genuine leather. I love the faux leathers in various colors that I've bought here but there's nothing like real leather contemporarily styled with proper sizing]. Case closed.

This skirt is beautifully made. It just was too long on me. I'm 5'2" and stopped about 2 inches above my ankles so it was a bit awkward of a length. Ended up returning it but the quality is great and it is fully lined inside.

I am 5ā4, 112 lbs with a 26ā waist. I have been eyeing a $400 Rag & Bone leather skirt just like this one, but couldnāt bring myself to pull the trigger without looking at this one first. Glad I did. I ordered an XS and probably would have loved an XXS if they made one, but with a tucked in shirt it fits fine. Itās a little heavier leather than what I would normally choose, but itās so soft and supple. Itās lined and has a finished hem, and most importantly it smells exactly what a quality leather is supposed to smell like - leather. It fits high waisted which I like, loose through the hips and sits just above my belly button. It came pretty wrinkled as everyone else mentions, but nothing a simple inside out steamer couldnāt fix. All and all I am pleasantly surprised. Good find for Colorado winters!
