They arrived quickly and were in great condition. Assembly was fairly easy (not fun but not difficult either). There were a few areas that were not covered completely with the black paint (most around spindles). I touched those up with some additional paint and now they are near perfect. After about 2months of use, both of the chairs started wobbling. Called the manufacturer and hoping for a fix. Will update if they call back. UPDATE. Wound up tossing the chairs. To bad. I liked the style, but hardware kept falling out. I have a large friend, who falls under the weight limit, but I don’t want said friend crashing because of a poorly designed chair, or cheap hardware. ... show more

The chairs were what I expected. They are comfortable for what they are and seem to be study and well made and they didn't take too long to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow however, one of the chairs arrived damaged. Of course it was in the last box that I opened and already had most of the other chairs assembled so that was pretty disappointing. These things happen sometimes but I was hopeful that after contacting customer support that a replacement item would be shipped and I sent in two requests for a replacement part. I decided to give them a couple days to respond but it has been a week and I still haven't received any response and not even an automated response that anyone got my messages/requests even though I have sent two. I paid for 6 chairs and needed 6 chairs. Not five. I wish I didn't purchase these. ... show more
