The swivel chair was very nicely made and easy to put together but for me sadly I had to return it. I am having back surgery next week and the chair was not padded enough in the back making it uncomfortable when I would sit in it to help me be comfortable.

I bought two of these chairs for a small sunroom. They were easy to assemble (really!) and fit perfectly in my small space. The cats sat in them before I did. Very comfortable. The bottom skirts on both chairs were wrinkled but I used Downy wrinkle release to help with that.

Family is visiting from out of town, after well over a year. Our home has been under construction during this time, and we’re still adjusting/decorating/unpacking, so even if I’d decided on our investment/forever furniture, it wouldn’t arrive for months. Having said that, I’m not competing in Parade of Homes, so this is a great filler/accent piece in the meantime. It makes my room look more “finished” for now. It fits the size snd scale of the room, and I’m considering getting a second. It’s not great for tall people, and I’d guess it’s not comfortable for anyone sober and/or over 30. My shorter and younger guests will be fine w/it. It will dress up well, w/a throw and decorative pillow. If I had smaller dogs, I’d use it for them to lounge on. It’s not for perfectionists, or people w/no time/patience to steam out the wrinkles. It works well enough now, blends well w/my coastal decor, and will likely be eventually given to a family member for a 1st apartment. Pros: inexpensive, easy to put together, good filler/neutral piece, good for short people, 1st apartments, small pets, and tipsy guests. I bought this chair for redecorating a bedroom in my house. I liked the neutral color and the fact that the entire cover is washable. I'm really pleased. The swivel works really well, and the chair feels sturdy and super well put-together. The linen color is really elegant, and the material looks nice. I haven't tried washing it yet, so will update if it becomes a mess when I do. There are also some thoughtful details: the cushion, for example, has its own little cover and velcros to the base, so it doesn't slide around. The swivel is also sturdy and comfortable. Finally, and possibly best, the installation/setup is about two min. It says it takes two people, but you could probably manage with one. The pieces are VERY lightweight. I carried the swivel and the seat up a flight of stairs, in two separate trips, BY MYSELF. This means it's a great little easy chair supplement if you're living on your own. In terms of cons, there are only two that I can think of. The first is that the skirt on the bottom of the cover is cut about half an inch too short, which means that a little bit of the iron feet/swivel pokes out at the bottom. This is definitely an unpleasant oversight, and if you're looking for something super formal, stay away. The other thing worth noting, and it's not entirely a con, is that this chair is probably ideal for someone who is petite to mid-sized. It's got a low form factor and short back, and the seat, while comfortable and wide enough for me, wouldn't accommodate a particularly large person. If I want to sit in it for a length of time, I'll pop a cushion in the back to help provide support. This is easily doable since the seat is quite deep. Overall, I'm really pleased with this purchase. It was really exactly what I was looking for, and possibly even a notch above that. ... show more

Just got this chair. Have never ordered furniture on Amazon but took a chance. I was looking for a small chair for my bedroom. Read some reviews and went for it. Didn't want to spend a lot of money, the price was right! Ordered on Monday was delivered on Wednesday. Says takes 2 people to assemble. I'm a single woman over 50 and I did this all by myself. Very easy. I love it. Fits in my room perfectly. The cover has a linen look, it is a cream color with tiny specks just like a line cover should look. Very comfortable. So far I love it. ... show more
