These lights are more expensive than I have gotten before but they are very nice looking during the day and bright and make a lovely pattern on the ground when lit up at night. Customer service has been great about the warranty. I have bought two sets of lights for the walkway to my house and I am very pleased. Super easy to set up. Pattern looks great, but it is about half the brightness of the Lowes Brand projector. Just hooked it up tonight so I can’t speak for longevity at this time, however at the price point it’s almost disposable.

    • A bit flimsy and not real bright

Well, it is easy enough to set up. Unfortunately, the screw adjustment that allows you to adjust the angle of the light snapped off immediately. I don't know why they make it out of plastic because it can't tolerate even the slightest amount of tork. So, I was able to sort of lodge it into the position I needed. The lights are not as bright as I anticipated, but I am using it at relatively close range, so it works for me. If you were using it over a large area, I really don't think it would look like much but a bunch of blurry blobs. I have it for just my front entry. It would never work for the entire front of a house. I think you need to go to something higher end for that. I will say that I like the action of the flakes. They appear to be falling, not swirling around. So, it is not awful if you are looking for something to highlight a small area without spending a fortune. Just be sure to proceed with the lightest touch while adjusting the angle. (Or, wait until after the holidays to get a better one on sale!) ... show more

    • Lovely glow
I use as night lights in my bathroom. I put it in an open jar as it does not get hot. I put the pale blue coloured gift paper around the jar to 'calm' the light and give a warm ambiance to the room. I am only using 1 of the 10 lights and I have enough light for a bathroom. Love them. I switch on when I go to bed and when I wake in the morning. Not sure how long they will last yet but it is well worth it for the price of the lights. Update: The batteries lasted only 2 weeks and there were a couple of days that that I did not put the lights on. When I used them, I usually switched them on close to midnight or even later when I went to bed. My experience is that the batteries did not last as long as what was stated in other reviews. That does not change the effectiveness of the lights though but it does alter the cost of using them over a long term. Slightly disappointed but I still think they are awesome lights. I ran a string under the cupboards over my kitchen sink because I am renting and outlets are limited. Gives off enough light to wash dishes or make a cup of tea They are quite handy that's why they still deserve 5 stars. ... show more

I packed it away after the 1st Christmas season of use (2023). It was dry when I packed it. When I plugged it in today, Nov 2024, it would not work. I saw there was moisture under the lens. During the one season it was used it was never taken apart nor did it have any cracks where moisture could penetrate. It should not have taken in water when used as directed. I took the cover off to let it dry but it still does not work. Disappointing. ... show more
