The Cho-Pat Dual Action Lite Knee Support Strap has been an excellent find for me. I have very skinny legs, and the Small/Medium fits perfectly without sliding or feeling too tight. It’s lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for extended periods, yet the material feels sturdy and well-made. One of the biggest positives for me is that it’s not bulky at all. I can easily wear it under sweatpants, loose-fitting lounge pants, or yoga pants without it being noticeable (see review picture). Despite how slim it is, it still provides effective support and relief. I also have extremely sensitive skin, and I’m happy to report that I experienced no irritation or allergic reactions while wearing this strap. The material is gentle on the skin while still offering durability. For care, it can be washed using a protective laundry net bag, which helps maintain its shape and quality. Overall, this knee support strap is durable, comfortable, discreet, and well-priced for the quality it delivers. It’s a great option for anyone needing tendonitis or knee pain support—especially those with slimmer legs. Most knee support straps fit me loose even when I purchase a small and I usually have to put them alllllll the way to the tightest closure and it still moves uneasily. This one is very easy to adjust, making it very effective and helpful for my pain relief. Highly recommend!

Cho-Pat Dual Action Lite, Adjustable & Lightweight Knee Support Strap for Tendonitis and Pain Relief, Small/Medium I have pain around my right knee while doing strenuous activities and have found that applying pressure with my hand helps reduce the pain. I got this Cho-Pat knee support hoping it would provide similar relief, and it does. The knee support is made with a soft, stretchy fabric. The support is wide behind the knee. The front upper and lower straps have dense foam inserts that concentrate pressure above/below the kneecap. The strap tensions are adjustable using Velcro. I adjust mine to have higher pressure below my knee where it hurts the most. While the pain doesn’t totally go away, it is noticeably reduced while wearing the support.

This review is for the Cho-Pat dual action lite adjustable lightweight knee support strap in small/medium. This is an easy to wear knee strap that goes above and below the kneecap in order to keep the knee in place and stop it from tracking around. It offers lightweight support, not as much as a full knee brace might, but good if you don’t have lots of knee issues or just want something light to wear. It’s easy to put on and adjust using the Velcro straps. The Velcro stays put and doesn't come undone easily. It feels snug and you can adjust it to be as tight as you think you need. It doesn’t feel too constricting since the knee cap itself is exposed. I didn’t have any skin irritation after wearing this. It did help my knees feel more supported and I experienced less pain. This is the sort of support I wear when doing light walking as opposed to hiking, where I would wear my full knee brace. It’s simple, easy to use, and inexpensive. If you are unsure about sizing, I would size up and restrict the sides more. This feels like a good quality small knee strap.

For the price, you really can't go wrong giving this brace a try. At 5'8" and 150lbs, the small/medium fit me. It is comfy and stretchy enough to slide on without issues. The top and bottom are adjustable, so you can put the pressure where you need it, as tight as you need it. If you have issues with vertical stability or tendonitis, this brace would be great for you! The quality is nice. It's not peeling or having any issues from my light wear. It is also really comfortable without the irritation of a full knee sleeve/brace. It is also really easy to put on and adjust. I normally use a brace with a side butress, because my issue is lateral stability. Unfortunately, this brace doesn't helpnwith that. However, it doesn't claim to. I wanted to give it a chance to hopefully move to a smaller, lighter brace (at a way better price) than my doctor prescribed one. If my "good" knee starts being a bad knee, I'll pull this back out of the cupboard in a heartbeat!

I ordered this Cho-Pat knee brace for my wife who tore her meniscus years back and still needs a little support, even though things have healed up well. Often, after half an hour of walking she starts feeling some soreness and tenderness in her knee. As soon as she put this brace on and did a little walking with it, she started smiling. The brace provided just the support she wanted. The Velcro straps make putting the brace on and removing a breeze. They also allow adjustment to provide the exact degree of compression needed. The brace is lightweight and not as bulky as others she’s tried. The brace is supportive without being stiff or confining. The brace is well designed, and the materials are of good quality. The Velcro adheres well. This is a perfect brace to bring along when we travel.

I don't think I've ever used a knee brace quite like this before. There are tube of air running along the top and bottom of this brace (at least, that what it feels like to me). It is SUPER easy to put on, which I appreciated. The velcro holds really well once you've got this on. The design is nice because it makes wearing this and taking it off super quick and easy. No buckles or anything like that. It was pretty comfortable to wear - definitely took a little getting used to as the air tube thing was very different for me. I think this is true to size. You do have some wiggle room as this is adjustable, but if you are unsure I'd say to size up because you can tighten these pretty far. Currently $24 for this knee brace.
