Metal is a good weight. Chairs are nice and cushioned. Color is very light easy to stain. Seemed to be a decent quality just couldn’t put this together even with the instructions. I’m use to putting together furniture even ikea items but these chairs had me defeated. Cons: one chair came stained already in two places the left back corner and the front of the seat. Couldn’t put these together the legs that connects to the seat did not alight with the holes on the top circle. Tried switching them. Tried pulling tightly to bend the legs nothing worked. Best I could get was 3 of the 4 legs to fit but the metal was twisted. There are arrow stickers to note direction and they lined up properly until the top circle piece. Not worth my sanity or time. Was more complicated than expected. Tried for over an hour to put them together without success.

I bought four bar stools, and they arrived on time. However, two of them were dirty, as shown in the pictures. I’m not sure if they were used or why they arrived in that condition. They are comfortable and look nice, but I wish they weren't dirty.

Well, there is always a trick for putting together bar stools, I put my other set together a few years ago and remembered it also was a bit tricky. The instructions are ok for detailing but could be better. I feel when instructions are given, they should be given in all detailed steps to cover everything, even to the simplest thing like putting on felt footpads. I feel that some instructions given act like you are supposed to know some things already, but if you never put a stool together then you don’t know anything about it. There is just a small number of parts to put together for each chair, the tricky part is getting the bars to line up with the holes in the other bars. I found it easier to do by not letting the screws for the foot stool hang out halfway before assembling the rest of the bars. For the assembly instructions of 1 and 2 you are putting together the bottom of the stool. Make sure the footrest bar is close to the bottom base and not in the opposite direction. You will notice that the bottom base has metal feet sticking out for the floor so make sure the base is facing in the right direction. Step three and four-put on the upper base, one pole will stick out and not line up you will need to adjust the screws, I found it easier to adjust the screw again for the footrest bar and the pole that was closest to the one that was sticking out. Make sure you look for extra small holes for the upper base; these holes are for the swivel plate so make sure it is facing in the right direction. At this point you can tighten all bolts. Step five-attach the swivel plate-turn plate to expose the other holes that need to be fastened underneath the swivel base for the chair. Make sure all holes are lined up with the holes on the upper base and fasten in with the screws-go ahead and fasten this tightly. Step Six- you are ready to add the chair. Make sure all holes from the swivel base is lined up with the predrill holes in the chair and insert and tighten the screws needed. That’s it. You can add the extra felt pads for the feet, but I left them out because they kept falling off. Now let’s talk about the material- The complete frame is all made of thick metal including the swivel base. The chair is stunning and just turned my living space into luxurious glamour. However, I plan to put them in the kitchen for my counter table. The height of these chairs fit my kitchen counter table beautifully. The grateful precious rich soft texture of the cheville fabric is reviving and rejuvenating against the skin. The butter velvety texture and silky luminous finish bring a sense of tranquility, and I just love sitting in this chair that allows my mind, soul and body to unwind from pressures of the day. It is high-end fabric of this chair provides excellent insulation of glowing warmth that uplifts and encourages me. Chenille fabric can be challenging at times to keep clean, but it certainly is one of the most gorgeous pieces of fabric out there and one of the richest, soft textures that is pleasing to the skin. I think no other fabric out there catches the light to its sumptuous rich texture that just creates a signature to any living space. Once the chair is together it operates smoothly with its swivel base, and the complete structure is solid. Overall, this stool is a must have for its incredibly rich texture that is like no other material out there.

Ordered a pair to evaluate and use at the kitchen's island table. At first glance they come out of the box in parts but it takes about 10-20 minutes to carefully assemble — all hardware and required tools are included. Once assembled the seats look and feel great. Plenty of space for ample rumps. The wife loves them. Unfortunately can't recommend them for messy kids because of the white ivory fabric which looks like it would be a hassle to clean or remove stains from — kids have all but destroyed our other bar stool chairs. That aside they're a pleasure to sit on, a tad bit pricey but reasonably so. Overall a fair deal at current MSRP for pair of very high quality bar stool seats.
