Beautiful chair and great customer service
Color: Mink Brown - Genuine Leather
I’m extremely happy with this leather swivel chair. It looks beautiful in the room and feels very well made. The leather is great quality — soft, durable, and clearly not the cheap kind you sometimes get with furniture ordered online. The swivel function is very smooth and sturdy, which makes the chair both comfortable and practical. Another big plus was that there was essentially no assembly required. It was incredibly easy to set up — basically ready to use right out of the box, which was a pleasant surprise. I did run into a small issue with my order initially, but their customer service was excellent. They fixed the problem quickly and were friendly, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the process. It’s always reassuring when a company stands behind their product and takes care of customers like that. Overall, this is a beautiful, high-quality chair with great functionality and outstanding customer support. I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect finishing touch to our family room
Color: Cream - Fabric
Absolutely love these chairs! I purchased two and they completely pulled my family room together. The swivel feature is smooth and actually very functional for conversation seating, and they’re incredibly comfortable—firm enough for support but still cozy. The design feels modern yet warm, so they blend beautifully with the rest of the space without overpowering it. The quality is solid and the fabric looks high-end. They’ve quickly become everyone’s favorite spot to sit. Highly recommend if you’re looking to elevate your room with something stylish and practical.

Nice Chair for the $$$
Color: Cream - Fabric
This is a nice chairy, comfy ( a little firm in the back) and fits the small area I had for it. I love the 360 degree turn. The fabric is a little more weave than expected, which actually works better for me. I rate it as good quality and good value - my only negative is the piping is not as firm or even as shown in the images. Otherwise, great chair for the money.

Quality
Color: Cream - Fabric
It arrived packaged well and fully assembled. Overall the chair is good quality…not the best but definitely not the worst. It is sturdy and well built. The seat cushion is removable. The fabric is great quality boucle and I like that it’s not chunky but just enough texture and softness. The seams are stitched very tight, symmetrical and straight which makes them disappear. One reason I chose this chair was because of the modern shape as it is a true barrel shape and it hugs you. I got the cream color and it’s very soft color not stark. I did use a coupon so I did not pay full price. It’s worth the price in my opinion. It’s not bulky but just the right size and perfect for a corner reading nook. I am petite 5’ and it’s perfect for me but my husband is also comfortable in it as well and he is 5’ 8”.

Perfect piece for a corner or bedroom
Color: Cream - Fabric
I must admit, I initially had my reservations about investing in high-ticket items online, but the Chita Boucle Swivel Chairs have completely surpassed my expectations. These chairs are not only incredibly stylish, but they also offer amazing comfort. The boucle fabric is of exceptional quality and feels both luxurious and durable. One of the standout features is their ability to accommodate a wide range of body types. My husband, who stands at an impressive 6’8”, can sit comfortably, and so can I at a more petite 5’3”. This versatility in design makes them a perfect fit for our household. We placed them in the corner of our great room, transforming it into a cozy and inviting sitting area. These chairs have truly elevated the aesthetic and functionality of our space. If you’re looking for a blend of style, comfort, and quality, the Chita Boucle Swivel Chairs are an excellent choice.

To low
Color: Light Grey - Fabric
I would have loved to give this chair a 5. The material is kind of a knobby texture. Comfy to sit in. There is one huge issue….it is very low. The description says it’s a not quite 17”. In actuality it’s 14”. That 3” is a big deal to an older individual with bad knees. I’m trying to figure out some type of base I could set it on. Anyway, love the chair but due to the height issue would not recommend.
