We purchased a set of these chairs for our bedroom. I am so pleased with the comfort and quality of these chairs for the price. We looked at this style of chair in West Elm, RH, Crate and Barrel and these are on a par with them, except they are more than half the price. I would not hesitate to purchase these chairs again and highly recommend. The wood swivel base is smooth, quiet and looks more expensive than a metal base. Let's just say I'm a small person, and buying a comfortable chair to sit cross-legged in at the computer was hard. For someone under 5ft, this chair provides good back support and is soft on the bottom. The texture of the fabric is very pleasant, as is the color. It isn't easy to tip either, perhaps basically impossible, which is great with kids running around. Also love that I didn't have to put anything together. UPDATE - The seller has been extremely responsive in resolving my issue with the chairs, and I'm giving them 5 Stars for their Customer Service. Although the two chairs weren't an exact match, the Seller allowed me to return one of the chairs, and I kept the other. They are very nice chairs, and I like them a lot, but I need a matched pair. They are working on resolving this for me. After receiving my first chair, I wrote a glowing review, BUT - I ordered a second chair to pair with the first and I'm really unhappy because the second chair is smaller than the first, to the degree that the two chairs look ridiculous paired together. Just hoping that I can get a resolution! I wish that I hadn't ordered these chairs. I received my chair today, and it is EXACTLY what I wanted, so I'm ordering the second chair today. It's comfortable and stylish - the exact size that I needed. The chair was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I saw in a few reviews that people had an issue with the bearings in the swivel, but my chair is perfectly quiet when turning, so I think the manufacturer solved that problem. The Burnt Orange color that I wanted didn't show well on the Amazon website, but I crossed my fingers and ordered anyway. It turned out to be the PERFAECT rich 'rust' color that I wanted.
