This was our first time buying such an expensive arm chair but we were really hoping the quality would be worth it. During the first delivery, FedEx delivered it to the wrong address and there was nothing we could do about it, despite us putting in the correct address. We reached out to the seller and they were very quick to respond and work with us to figure out the situation and send us a new chair. Unfortunately Fedex was going to deliver it to the wrong place yet again so the seller was kind enough to send it a third time and we finally got the chair after a lot of stress. And the chair is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. It is soft, thick, and seems really well made. The green was a gamble but it fits so wonderfully and adds a pop of color to our otherwise white walls. We absolutely love it and the customer service was phenomenal!

I never buy furniture online because I’m one of those type of people that needs to touch and feel things. However, this product was exactly how it was featured, the material is good quality, the base is wood, which really offsets the gray color. The color is true to what is shown on the website. It’s very comfortable, it does swivel exactly the way it was described. I would recommend this product

Everything is 5-Star, with one minor exception. Namely, from the very first day, the velvet fabric on the seat cushion gets creased after anybody sits on it, even for a very short time. It pretty much stays that way, too, even after trying to brush the creases out with my hand. Maybe that's what's supposed to happen with velvet?? Don't know, but don't love it. And that might just be me. Still, the chair is quite comfortable, looks great, perfect size & color. Very sturdy, no assembly required (!), swivels around easily, and the two-sided seat cushion can be flipped. Delivery was quick and to my door. Very well packaged and protected. Overall, quite happy with purchase.

This is actually my first ever Amazon review, and I had to write it because these chairs exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an easy, breezy way to elevate a space. We recently moved into a new construction home and have been furnishing the entire space with "Amazon finds"—testing what works for us and makes the house feel more homey and less cookie-cutter. After assembling what feels like hundreds of pieces of furniture, I began searching “fully assembled." We started with two of these chairs in Flax Beige for our primary bedroom, and we were so impressed by the smooth 360° swivel, quality of fabric, and functionality, that we ordered two more in Terra Cotta for the living room. THINGS TO LOVE: - Smooth swivel - Turns the living room into a conversation space and swivels right around to focus on the TV - Very comfortable - Works well with open-concept homes where the kitchen overlooks the living area. Chair back is low enough to where you can still look over. THINGS TO KNOW: - This shipping box is massive and a chore to dispose of.break down. - It took 2 of us to lift it out of the box. No rage of missing tools, putting things together backward, trying to understand instructions, etc. Just fantastic!

I was very skeptical about buying a piece of furniture online sight unseen. I relied heavily on other customer reviews so, I felt it necessary to write my own to aid others if they were hesitant to purchase this chair. I have a very small room that required a sleek piece of furniture without compromising comfort. I liked the overall look of this chair and was especially taken with the wooden base. I looked up similar chairs from local furniture stores and none of them had such a nice base. The chair shipped and arrived quicker than I anticipated. I had truly lowered my expectations as to what the chair was going to be like upon arrival as I was fairly skeptical as to it's quality as previously mentioned. I was very happily surprised. The box was a bit beat when it arrived which, I blame on the delivery company however, the chair was very well protected on the inside and was in beautiful condition once it was unboxed. The chair is sturdy and well made. The fabric (I purchased the dark green velvet) was luxurious to the touch and very nicely upholstered. The cushions are firm but very comfortable. Some pieces of furniture are so stiff they feel like you're sitting on a plank of wood and others are so soft that they show wear and look beat up in too short an amount of time. This piece is perfect. Other reviews mentioned that the chair is noisy when it swivels but, I didn't think this was the case and felt that any sound it made was what you would expect which is to say...nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this purchase and if I had room in my house for another one, I would definitely purchase this chair again. If you have any doubts as to the quality of this chair, rest assured, you won't be disappointed.
