Love these! They are absolutely perfect for our kitchen! Very comfy and feel sturdy. The swivel is smooth and the stone grey color is beautiful. Customer service was excellent and they are quick to respond. The chairs were super easy to put together and well packaged. Had an issue with one wobbly chair and they sent a replacement right away. I would highly recommend!!!! Our countertop at the lowest part is 34” high. Seat height is just right. Thank you Chita Living!

I ordered 4 of these counter stools to replace 8 year old ones that were starting to show wear. I would have reordered the same ones if they had still been available. They were very attractive and so comfortable. These stools are very nice looking, but not all that comfortable. To begin with, they are about one inch too tall for the proper height to eat at the counter. The back is too straight and give me a backache after sitting in them for any length of time. They are also slightly short seated and very slippery. I am 5'5" and my husband is 5'10". I ordered them in black. I do agree with others in that they appear to be made well, come packaged perfectly and are very easy to assemble.

When I came across these barstool I feel in love with them. However, if I listened to the reviews they wouldn't be in my kitchen now. Unpacking these stools took less than two minutes. All you have to do is cut the tape at the top of the chair and lift it out of the wrapping, once you pull off the inner covering. The same applies for the legs but you just have to cut the tape from the side and lift out of wrapping. As far as the reviews go for adding washers and rigging the base to the actual seat wasn't the case. There is sufficient clearance for the seat to turn in all directions and there was no rubbing at all as described in previous reviews. The most important key to installation is taking the proper time to screw then adjust the plate without tightening the screws at once. If you take this simple step the stools will not require any additional store bought washers, screws or whatever else others have mentioned. This comes from the professional furniture installer that I live with. He said it also helps if you use a hex drill. It is faster and allows you the proper flexibility to adjust the plate while installing the screws provided. Now let's get to the quality of the stools. We bought three of them singlerly because it was most cost effective and all three matched in color. I caught them on sale. Not sure why the single stool cost more alone than the set. Thank goodness it went on sale and buying 3 independent stools was better than purchasing a set and 1 individual one. The stools are very beautiful and has thick comfortable cushions. The only con is that I really which merchants take the time to show the true color of their products because these stools were a little darker than what I expected. Fortunately, despite the shade being darker, they still worked well in my kitchen. We just got them today so I hope the fabric last even though I did purchase the warranty that I hope I will never have to use. I am glad that I did not listen to the negative reviews like I started to. I think this is a great purchase after searching various companies and not finding well cushioned stylish stools and the price was right!

Like other reviewers said the chairs were wrapped very well. The quality of the faux leather and stitching also very well done. The color is a grey sandstone. My husband said instructions were clear. Chairs are pricey but after searching for so long they were worth it. I received earlier than expected. Height was 26” which is Very……hard to find but what WE wanted. Nothing but “ thumbs Up👍” on this product

Love love love these chairs. They came quick, very nice, sturdy, well made, and easy to put together. Customer service was great with quick responses and go above and beyond for pt satisfaction. I originally got the 30 inch chairs and it was a very tight fit to where an adult would not be able to sit comfortably. So I wanted to return for shorter chairs. (Fine print-cannot return if not in original packaging) they went ahead and shipped out the shorter legs for free which fits perfectly at my counters. So so happy with with my purchase.
