***Update: upon notifying Chita of my concerns with the chair and desire to return, they offered to replace the chair free of charge. I was worried the replacement might have the same issues, but I received the replacement chair within a week and it is perfect. It sits level and has the clearance needed for the rocking function to be properly utilized. We love this chair and are so pleased with the look, quality, and softness of the almost white/grey leather; as well as the non-bulky yet plush style, and quiet smooth operation of both the automated headrest and recliner functions. Also the open section under the arm rest is nice a convenient place to set your phone to keep it close and allow it to charge but not get in your way or where it can be easily knocked to the floor. It's kinda heavy and hard to move alone so have a helper. Attaching the back was easier on the replacement as it slid right into the existing brackets on the seat base clicking securely into place. I'm also very pleased with how Chita resolved my issue and my concerns about having to pay to return a defective chair. Note: Be sure you read and understand Chita's return policy before buying. I didn't but I sent pics of my issues and luckily they removed the hassles/fees associated with returning the defective model.*** This chair is super soft and very pretty but it unfortunately sits slightly lopsided and doesn't provide any clearance between the front bottom of the chair and the floor to allow it to rock. If it were actually a glider it would probably bo okay but it's more like a rocker so when we sit in it and try to rock even slighty it hits the floor and puts pressure on the bottom front of the reclining footrest portion of the chair which is sure to cause damage in no time. Attempting to return but the process isn't as easy as they make it seem. I'd replace it if I knew the replacement wouldn't do the same thing. I'm bummed because otherwise it is a very nice chair but I bought it to rock my grandbabies.

Very nice chair! Has about everything that you would want. It swivels, rocks, it has electric recline, it has a functional head rest that is electric as well, USB connections for you phone or whatever, the leather is of good quality and it is comfortable to set in. The only two things that it doesn't have is it doesn't have heat and it will not stand you up. I was not disappointed in my purchase.

Had this chair for several weeks now, no complaints. Chair seems well built and materials are high quality. Reclining mechanism works well and is silent. Seems to fit me well, I am 6' 2", but this is of course subjective. Assembly was a breeze, box is pretty heavy, so I used a two wheeler to move in the house. Very comfortable for me!

Not your granddaddy’s recliner :) It’s not overstuffed and cushiony - it’s firm so I do sit on a pillow, and it’s narrow, so I don’t advise it for large/wide people. But the leg rest is a good length for me at 5’ 9” and up to 6’. Well constructed and easy to put together. The gray color is actually light taupe (or bone) which I prefer.

I looked at a lot of recliners before I decided on this one. I had several criteria I was looking at. 1. Had to be real Leather. 2. Had to have electric recline function. 3. Had to have good support for my neck. This recliner fit the bill perfectly. I started looking at the reviews on this recliner, I must say I have never seen so many 100% positive reviews. The leather is of good quality, it is beautiful and supple, soft and comfy. The recline function is great. You can adjust to the perfect position for you. Best of all is the neck support. The ability to adjust neck support independently is absolutely just what the doctor ordered. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RECLINER. I absolutely love it. I'm 5'7" this recliner is perfect. If you are over 6' or very large this may not be for you.

All the reviews were positive but I was skeptical because there were so few. Bought it anyway. All the reviews were right! The leather is soft and supple. The seat and back are soft and well padded. The motors are quiet and smooth in operation. Love the feature of tilting the headrest forward. Makes it easy to recline but still watch TV without straining your neck. Also love that it rocks and swivels. It is heavy! Definitely a two man job if any stairs are involved. Goes together quickly and easily. Takes longer to get the protective wrappings off than to actually assemble it .Couldn't be happier with this purchase. I have zero negatives. FYI I'm 5'11". If you are over 6 feet tall the headrest will probably hit your neck.

Love the leather and the color. This is the nicest recliner/rocker. I ordered it to recline but am surprised how comfortable it is as a rocker! I hate large sloppy recliners. This is sleek and kinda mid century modern just a perfect chair. I also love that it is power by buttons on the right side both for the foot rest and also a separate button for the head rest. This chair deserves 10 stars!!
