The chair is as advertised. It is very comfortable and with all its adjustments easy to get in and out of. As noted in other reviews the shipping is a pain in that different boxes show up at different times. For me they did all show up in a reasonable timeframe well packaged without damage. I would note that if you are older and or physically challenged you will need some help as these things are heavy. Assembly is easy but make sure the tracks for the arms lined up correctly before pushing them into place. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Receiving. The Recliner arrived in 3 heavy boxes. The UPS driver was more than happy to let me take them down from the truck. I only needed a dolly to move one of the boxes. (but for a young person should not be an issue). Boxes were mostly in tact – one small area of damage which did not impact the unit. Delivery was UPS – not close in quality compared to Amazon shipping which I have never had an issue with. Assembly. Very straightforward except for the “zipping up” of the back piece to the base piece. The back had to be perfectly positioned – you either need two people or be able to position it and make it “stay” as you struggle with the zipper. Cords. Mostly intuitive and directions not bad – though I think they were a bit generic, where the manufacturer uses one set of directions for multiple units, and the directions cover what you need (and then there is “something else” that is not included. Not a major issue. USB Charger. Its in the remote used to move the components of the recliner. Glass holders. Did not come with the unit I ordered but the manufacturer took care of it and sent a replacement… the only issue is that this was after I assembled the unit and have no desire to now take it apart to replace the arm pieces. Movement. I thought that the leg lift would come up a bit higher than it does. Lumbar – a separate pillow piece is provided – not built in. Comfort. Very good – especially having taken the risk of not trying the unit out in a store. Personal note – If you occasionally want to sit upright with your feet on the floor you may need to bring it to its most upright and tucked in position. And as noted if you want your feet up and body totally horizontal – the lower leg piece is a bit downward facing at full extension Misc. The “dump you out” feature is nice – it’s a slow raising (though I did not see how to use the remote for this in the instructions). Remotes stow nicely in the side pockets of the unit (and if you get a cover, would recommend making sure the cover has side pockets also. Lots of cordage in the back… if against a wall – no problem, but if not just have to deal with that. 5 stars for customer service/4.5 stars for shipping and assembly/ 5 stars for comfort / tbd stars for longevity (will have to see)

Chair arrived with tear in lining. The back piece of the recliner would not click into place. I reached out to the company and they offered to discount or send new chair. I chose the discount, as the tear wasn't visible after chair was put together, and even though the back wouldn't engage completely it felt secure and was in good working order. Fast forward and now the chair is not lining up when in the upright position and the seat part that extends will not go all the way down when in the closed position. This chair has been barely used. Very disappointed. I should have taken a new replacement chair, but I couldn't move the original purchase chair out of the house as it is too heavy once all put together.

This is the most comfortable and best functioning that you could ever want. Being disabled it is imperative that I have a chair that functions. This chair offers the ability to move the back and legs separately making your transition from sitting to standing smooth. Beautiful material. The best customer service folks too. It does ship in multiple boxes and absolutely delivers on separate days. Even though it says delivered when the first box arrives. Just keep on top of it and you will be totally delighted!

This is a Christmas gift for a 95 year old man who can't get up on his own. He has waited 5 days past the estimated delivery date. We received 1 box with the chair sides, no seat or back. This is a Christmas Nightmare.

Very nice recliner. Good leather and adjustability. It has all the functions that you would want except maybe a memory function. It would be nice to be able to program certain settings so you don't have to go through all the steps every time, especially for older ones who have trouble with remotes.

We bought two. These are nice chairs and feature rich for the price. I love the caramel color. Took off one star because they are not quite as comfy as other recliners I’ve sat in. They may become more so, over time. That said, the comfort level, with the separate lumbar cushion, is adequate. The hideaway cupholders are great as are the massage and heat features. The handy usb port A (hidden in the base of one of the two remotes) is convenient too as are the side pockets. These were easy to put together (comes in three boxes: arms, bottom and base) and fit well in the corners of one end our condo's LR. They recline nearly flat for naps and provide a lift up to almost standing position, if needed. The wide, flat arms are a good feature as well and serve as a great temporary resting place for the TV remote and my cell phone. Used these about a month and so far, so good.
