The sturdiness really impressed me as well as the comfort. Make sure you measure your counter height or barstool height to make sure purchase the right size height for your space. These look fantastic in my kitchen. I only gave it four stars because the screws that support the cross bars were impossibly difficult to install. We had to use power tools to pre-drill where the screws were to go, and then the power screw driver to get them all the way in. Trying to do it by hand was ineffective and stripped out my screwdriver and hurt my hands and wrist. So, just heads up on this--you need power tools. But once it was done, they were sturdy and beautiful. ... show more

I love these chairs! I’m obsessed with the nailheads on them. They are very good quality . Heavy and sturdy . They look expensive . They are expensive ! I bought the creamy grey ( because I was going off a review I saw of this color; and in the pic in look like a light grey .) unless they sent me the wrong color 🤪 I chose this color to match my dining chairs ,which is a very light grey ; but it’s not grey at all compared to my light grey dining chairs . It’s more of a beigy cream .. maybe even a dove creamy ( but I can see why it’s called creamy grey) it has a hint of grey like 10-15% .. I’m not mad at it not matching tho . It goes well with my counter top and my floor . My other option I was going to buy was fog or stone grey. But I love it! posted a pic so u can see the comparison of the color with bright natural light so u can can choose better. The dining pic look darker because natural light not shining through . But u can see how light it is compared with the creamy grey chairs I bought. ... show more

These bar stools look great and are comfortable seats. Everyone who sees them in my home compliments them enthusiastically! Unlike earlier reviews, these came with assembly instructions that were easy to follow, though I found that it was easier to handle with two people than with one.
