Could not have been more pleased with this purchase. The stools are beautiful and very well made and while it took me a little while to put the 6 of them together (bought 3 sets), they are sturdy and I love the swivel feature for the most part as now the moving of the actual stool which would compromise the wood floors is less likely. I purchased the retro grey and it is a nice steel grey or close to charcoal color which is nice in terms of not staining and the faux leather is easy to clean. The only feature that is not my favorite is the 360 degree swivel...a back and forth or 180 degree swivel may have been better in preventing the back portion from hitting the counter top. The counter top height is PERFECTION in terms of comfort and your legs no matter the size fit comfortably underneath the counter overhang. I also liked that the chairs accommodate up to 300 pounds when most stools I found had max weight of 250 pounds. I felt like the extra 50 pound weight accommodation meant they would be more sturdy and they are indeed more sturdy than other stools I have considered. GREAT PURCHASE!!!!!

Rating for the chairs alone is a four, only because items were not fully assembled. Four legs and four crossbars had to be assembled and connected to chair. It was moderately hard but mostly time-consuming. The chairs are really beautiful and seem sturdy. They are well cushioned and fairly comfortable with plenty of seating room. They swivel nicely with just the right amount of effort. I have only had them for a few days so am unable to know how they will hold up to wear, etc. Rating for delivery is a big fat zero! FedEx delivered them to the wrong address. I contacted fedex and all they would say was that it had been delivered, and all they would do is tell me to contact the seller. It was not the sellers fault or problem. That belonged to fedex alone. What I had to do (and it was a lot of trouble) was drive around the neighborhood and search for the package. I did find it and it was delivered to the right number but the wrong street. Go figure. The box was extremely heavy and I (weighing 107 lbs) could only scoot it but not lift. I asked one of my neighbors to help me load it, and he couldn't lift it either. He called for more help and together they were able to load it into my car. The homeowners were not home so I explained to them through their video doorbell what had happened. I only hope the other neighbors didn't think I was stealing the package. An unpleasant experience except for the kindness of others willing to help. If I had known fedex was in charge of delivery, I would not have ordered as this same thing has happened before at another address. I am use to amazon delivery which is spot on every time. Btw, the stools were well packed and secure with all parts inside.

Ordered 2 sets or 2. One set arrived on a Sunday the other that Monday. I originally panicked thinking they didn't fulfill my order but all is well. I did have to contact costumer service with CHITA and I was able speak with someone immediately (she was very friendly), however I would have had to wait 24-48hrs to get a response from the company due to it being in China. Thankfully I didn't need a response. Chairs are as described. They seem solid and good quality. Still have to scotch guard them before use but so far so good. I'm happy, just heads up if you order multiple sets or chairs they will come in separate packages but they only send one tracking number for 1 package. Be patient, unlike me ;-)

I bought 3 of these barstools for my last home, and recently moved into a home with a larger kitchen island. So I needed 1 moreโฆ I was so pleased to see that even 2 years later the new barstool matches my existing barstools perfectly. Added bonus: the new barstools swivels so much easier and swivels completely around instead of partway and then returns to center. These have held up well and are one of the few pieces of furniture that made the move with us from our old home to our new one.
