  • Very good battery at a very good price.
Style: 36V 100AH + 36V 25A
I bought one of these batteries for my 2009 EZGO 36 V golf cart. This one battery was able to take the place of 66 V lead acid batteries that are aggravating to continuously. Add water and charge this lithium battery weighs 65 pounds compared to 387 pounds of lead acid batteries. I removed my old lead acid batteries from my golf cart and took them to a recycle center that purchased them for $.18 a pound and was able to receive just a bit over $65 and recycle fees. This one battery fit in the place that three lead acid batteries use to be installed. I did have to take a grinder and cut a couple pieces off of the angle iron where my old lead acid batteries used to be installed, but that process took me less than 10 minutes. I cleaned up the angle iron area on my EZGO golf cart painted it with some rust oleum spray paint and added some sticky back, felt tape on the angle learn where the new lithium battery would be installed to prevent the battery from moving and wearing the plastic housing from rubbing against the metal angle iron. I took the long metal rods that were used to cinch down my old lead acid batteries, and cut them shorter with my side grinder and was able to use them to cinch down the new lithium battery to keep it from vibrating or moving I did use the battery meter that was included with the shunt with this purchase. The directions for setting up the battery gauge is not very good, but the battery itself is holding up very well. I have already recommended this battery to a few friends that have either purchased it already or is going to purchase one when their current batteries degrade I purchased this 36 V 100hundred amp hour battery for $671. The capacity so far is holding up well I would say I’m averaging 12 to 15 miles with this Batteries charge my EZGO golf cart is lifted with larger tires which causes the mileage to be less than a traditional style golf cart. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this battery and I do not regret purchasing this battery at this time. One battery is holding up well for what I use my golf cart for. If I were in need of having more capacity, I could fit a second battery under the seat and place of the front three batteries since I put my battery in the battery section for the rear three batteries on my golf cart two of these batteries 36 V 100 amp our batteries will fit under the seat of my EZGO golf cart. I have charged these batteries now six times and we have been using them for approximately two months with no issues. Great battery at a great price. The battery charger is good quality. I did mount it under the seat in a dry area cause I keep my golf cart in a controlled environment and not in the rain or elements. These batteries also have an app that you can download and see the battery level voltage and the percentage of battery life left. I can sit inside of my home and check the battery level of my golf cart. That is in a building outside in my backyard I like this feature because my kids drive the golf cart sometimes and I like to check the battery level. ... show more

  • The app is wonderful to have.
Style: 36V 100AH + 36V 25A
This battery has been on my car for over a year now and I’ve only got 60 cycles on it. I use it every single day for work and drive the cart for 4 of the 8 hours I’m there. Charge it up before I leave and come back to a reliable battery. The weight savings from lead acid batteries alone is a huge plus. The charger will probably be shipping in a separate box fyi. The app control is great, you can balance the cells as well as turn on and off the charge and discharge switch. This is super helpful if you don’t want anyone else “borrowing” your cart for the day. Wish I could trade this in for a 48v as I recently learned my series motor can handle the extra voltage. Nonetheless, this battery is downright reliable and lightweight comparatively. ... show more

  • Excellent product with many uses
Style: 48V 100AH
This battery, charger, and app has countless uses. I bought it for my golf cart but have thought to taking it camping also or maybe even for a trolling motor. If you were using it for a golf cart, make sure both the discharge and the charge switch are on in the app. Found this out the hard way after buying a new controller for the cart. When the cart controller was trying to regenerate energy during breaking the battery cut off, this was not the battery’s fault. It is really a good setting, but be aware of it. My old controller was probably still good but either way I did get a much faster upgraded controller anyway! ... show more

  • Works well for Club Car Precedent conversion
Style: 48V 100AH + 48V 18A
I took a gamble that this battery would meet all my needs to convert my 48v Club Car Precedent from lead acid to lithium, and it looks like I made out pretty well thus far. It's worth noting this isn't just a drop in replacement, you'll probably want to either have a background on working on automotive electrical or watch some Youtube so you have a good understanding on what you're doing. The battery itself performs as advertised and the charger charges as expected. The battery shunt and monitor are kind of junk IMO. First the shunt is just the shunt without anything to actually mount it to anything, nor are the bolts long enough to actually be useful enough to screw into something. Google 'battery shunt' and you'll see most are affixed to something to securely mount them. Only the cheapest ones omit this. To mount mine, I happened to have rivet nuts and longer bolts. It's worth noting, the shunt will get warm and possibly hot. The wires that come with the shunt are comically short and the instructions are riddled with misspellings. I tossed the wires it came with in the trash and used shielded CAT6 cable I already had based on research that says unshielded cable with shunts can cause errors in readings. I have no concern using CAT6 in this instance, because I have orders of magnitude more mA running over POE @ 48v than this the monitor will draw from the battery. Only two pairs in CAT6 are required. so tape/heat shrink the unused pairs to avoid shorts. Second, the amount of overhang on the monitor bezel is maybe 2mm at most. In laymans terms, this means whatever you're planning on cutting a hole into to mount this, you better go slow because you have almost no margin of error if your knife/saw/Dremel takes away too much material. Also the monitor has two modes that are switched between using the physical button; normal mode (display on and measurements being taken) and dormant mode (display off and no measurements). This suggests for this monitor to keep and maintain accurate measurements, you'll either need to manually turn the display on every time you use your cart, or leave the display on. The display consumes a max of 1.2w when on, so it's not like you'll drain your battery in a day just leaving it on, but had I known I need to either leave the display on or physically press a button every time I use my cart to correctly monitor the power I definitely would not have bought the bundle that included this piece of junk monitor. As far as battery performance goes, the reduced weight definitely makes my cart feel faster. We have one of of the signs in the neighborhood that tells you how fast you're going that is conveniently between two speed bumps. I could barely get to 21mph from the the first speedbump before needing to brake for the second speed bump on the old lead acid setup. I hit 25mph halfway between speed bumps with the lithium setup. I live in Florida, so there's very little terrain to cause the battery to hit the peak discharge rate. The steepest hill around is a 1.7% grade and the peak discharge rate I hit was 140A for about 5-7 seconds (dead stop on the hill to full throttle). I simply do not have the terrain anywhere near me to force the BMS to either throttle/shut down the battery. In laymans terms, if you live in a flat place like me and have a stock controller/motor, there's zero downsides to swapping to this battery. You can use the app BAT-BMS in the Play Store to connect to the BMS to view the state of the battery without the monitor. This works fine, and gives you insight into overall state, temperature, and each individual cell if you wanted to know that information. Lastly, the charger has an indicator light to let you know it's charging. I ended up buying a replacement charge port so I could leave the charger under the drivers seat wired up permanently, and just running a heavy duty extension cord to the new charge port. ... show more
