My 36V battery arrived in 7 days and the package was in excellent condition. Installation into my EZ-Go golf cart was very simple. At this point I have run my cart about 25 miles and the battery is still at 35% charge. The cart is now 300lbs lighter and that sure makes a difference in overall performance. The charger that came with the battery is very compact and has easy to use connectors to the battery. I really like the Bluetooth feature that gives state of charge and a ton of other information. I did have a question about a Bluetooth setting and emailed the Chin's service department and they were very prompt getting back to me answering my question. One thing Chin's could improve on is a better guide explaining what all the Bluetooth information means and what values to monitor. Since many of these 36v batteries will be used in golf carts, they should also provide a specific guide on installation and use for this application.

The first battery I received would not let me connect to Bluetooth. After many back n forth with seller I returned it and bought the battery and charger set. This battery connected just fine. The charger is a must with this battery! Seller worked with me and responded to all my questions. My golf cart is scary fast at bout 20 miles an hour! FYI…We did replace the motor also. One thing to know about this battery is that it doesn’t slowly run down. It just stops. Will last all day driving. Definitely recommend. Adequate pricing. My husband welded new angle iron for the battery to sit in.

I used it as a retro fit for my zero turn Ryobi lawnmower. It fits well in the compartment and hooked up nicely. The BMS with Bluetooth is great. The system can be monitored with an app on the phone. It is giving good service. It comes with its own charger. I would buy again.

I’m giving this review on customer service as I have only a few days of using the battery. When I received the battery my volt meter was showing 17-18 volts. I contacted the seller and they immediately offered to send me a new battery. I checked the battery app and the charge was 13.2 volts so I told them I would charge and see the results. It charged to 14.1 volts and I tested it again with my volt meter and he registered 14.1 volts. I installed on my solar set up and it appears to be working correctly. The seller told me if it quits working they would send me a new one right away, free shipping.

I was reluctant to order this battery with some bad reviews I observed on Amazon. I went through it to purchase anyhow and have been quite impressed with its quality and build construction. So far the battery is outperforming my expectations and I have been very pleased with its Bluetooth option. Although I don't know if the heating element works yet, everything else has performed as advertised. If this battery were to fail prematurely, or underperform I will update this review. The only thing I do not like about the Bluetooth option was that the majority of the parameters are in Celsius and not Fahrenheit. However, due to it coming from China, this is to be expected as it is their measurement system. This thing will be tested to the max in real world environments. From 120° days to freezing nights. I will update if it fails. If it does not fail and continues to perform as it appears to now, I will order another identical one and will review it on my page.
