Bought this thinking it’d be a cool item to take camping. Ended up keeping it in my living room for a week after I got it because it’s so comfortable to lay on and watch TV. My only complaint is after laying on it for awhile it loses a little bit of air. Not sure if this is just the nature of the product or if mine is defective. Easy to fix as I just roll the clip up another roll and it’s great for another couple hours. Definitely watch the inflation video before running around your yard looking like a crazy person trying to inflate it for the first time though. ... show more

Goodbye, camp chair! Goodbye beach lounge chair! You've been ousted. This Chillbo Shwaggins has changed outdoor lounge seating for me - it's basically a reinvented hammock. It's light and packable enough to fit in a tote bag, so shlepping it to your site won't bruise/scrape your shins or cut your arm off at the shoulder (I'm lookin' at you, camp chair). The company's instructional video is helpful and humorous to get your Chillbo inflated, so definitely watch it. In a 6-hr beach visit, I had to put more air in a handfull of times, but I didn't mind. Clean-up is a sinch: sand just falls off and it dries quickly if it gets wet. Pack-up is super easy, barely an inconvenience, because rolling it back up is less than half the effort of a traditional air mattress, and you don't have to back-engineer it's collapse so it fits in its original holder. The comfort is amazing. If lounging is the goal, this is the thing to have. It's cozy and supportive enough for a human to lay pretty much any way as if on a mattress. Switching positions is as easy as doing yoga with an exercise ball on a waterbed, if anyone remembers those, so it's easier to dump yourself out onto the ground and then climb back into the new position. But I found several comfy configurations on the Chillbo. Very comfy. On a more serious note, I have suboptimal circulation in my legs, so sitting in chairs for long periods of time with my feet dangling causes swelling and my legs to fall asleep. This happens in 5 minutes with a camp chair, so I've severed my relationship with those. The hammock-like support of the Chillbo allows me to elevate my feet and legs to aid in circulation, which is a huge find. I would not recommend the Chillbo for activities that require observation of the horizontal plane. It doesn't provide that kind of support. One would have to subject themselves to bruised shins and limb dismemberment for sportsball spectatorship or offspring security. I love this thing. It's a game-changer. ... show more

Edit: So, after posting a negative review, Chillbo reached out to me and offered to make it right, no questions asked. As mentioned, it does not fit the application I bought it for, but it is a nice lay down lounger. The upside is that you can try it from a company who stands behind what they sell. I can now recommend the Chillbo - My caveats are listed below, and if it's not what you thought it would be, the company will stand behind their product. Edit 2: Finally took this thing camping. Great for laying out and taking a nap on. I could not even tempt anyone with actually sitting on it, but it was a hot weekend, and I laid down with two portable fans blowing up at me and was able to take a good nap in the shade. People were totes jelly. Now my wife wants one. I'm happy with the product. --------------------------------------------------- So... I aired this thing up. It sits really low. It's basically only good as a "i want to fall into this as a recliner". Whoever decided to say this could be used as a couch is lying. Hard to inflate, hard to get out of... If you basically want a bean bag, but would prefer it to be even lower to the floor... The Chillbo is that. Might be nice for laying out on a busy day, but it's not really useful camping gear. And I can think of 100 camp chairs that would be far more comfortable. DO NOT PLAN ON SITTING UP IN THIS. If your plan is to sit on this as a sofa... This is the worst sofa imaginable. This is for laying down on. In fact this review is being written because I'm still looking for some camp seating and this thing came up as a recommendation. Today is the 1st day I tried My purchased item. Then I got on amazon to see when I bought it but my email actually asked me to give a review just today. So that is what I am doing. This item is completely useless to me. I wish I had known before I purchased it that I would be having to run around in a yard trying to catch wind to fill this Inflatable device. I live in an apartment. Even though I tried to go into the parking lot And run around, I caught no air. This is also not for someone with neck and shoulder issues. Which is why I bought it for comfort but I can't even get the thing filled up with air without it aggravating my neck and shoulders from trying to run around to catch air. Whatever happened to being able to pump up an inflatable device? I am updating my review to a three. I tried again in the open yard and still could not get air in. I took it inside and put a wind tunnel fan on high and got it pretty well inflated. I do think the material is good and sturdy. ... show more

With a little practice on the first try, you figure out how to inflate quick and easy. Their instructional video for how to do this is pretty funny, and might save you from embarrassment! The construction is very durable and well made. The print is beautiful, definitely the best selection out of any brand. Affordable, but I would gladly pay double the price if it was made in the USA (made in China). Great for using at festivals, camping, or in the backyard. My boyfriend fell asleep while laying in it, it's actually very comfortable with either one or two people. It has pockets on each side flipped opposite ways because when two people are on it, you flip it over so the bottom support is lower. I thought that was a neat concept. It has an adjustable strap on the bag to carry it with you, or it can fit into a backpack. ... show more
