These have been working great so far! It’s extra helpful because the eggs roll away so it’s discouraged broody hens from sitting on eggs. It wasn’t difficult to assemble, and seems sturdy and is attractive. It’s a great size, too.

Difficult to put together. My ladies will not go near them. Not sure if it's the metal/plastic, but they refuse to use them. Two of the plastic covers on the boxes have already broken off, only had it for a month. Total waste of money!!

This is a great value for the money! It is well built and was fairly easy to put together. The hens had no problem taking to using them. The functionality of the trays is great. The eggs roll right into it and in my case it has stopped the guinea hen from being able to eat the chicken's eggs!

This nesting box is great. My only complaint is that it does have some sharp edges. So wear gloves or be extra careful when putting it together! The sharp edges are pretty well hidden so I’m not worried about my hens cutting themselves. It’s pretty sturdy, seems to give plenty of space in each box, took me about 30 minutes to put together so it was pretty easy to assemble. I also like that you can hang it or utilize the legs, whatever you need for your coop. I also like that the roof is slanted so they won’t try to roost on it and poop all over it. I may purchase another down the road!

It went together, but the instructions are pretty unclear. I am a mechanical drafter and read blue prints/draw them and these are definitely very poor directions for what direction the pieces go. The materials are just ok, this is definitely a budget item over quality. It does look nice assembled, but the boxes are very small. I have Columbian Wyandotte, beldenfields, rainbows, black sexlinks, and Rockford. My girls barely fit in the box so they are refusing to use it. They roost on the front bar and poop on the tray cover but cant get in and out of it due to being slightly larger birds. I have decided to rebuild my old boxes and reuse the trays from this to salvage the expense to buy this, at least I can still get the rollaway part because a few of my teenager hens have decided to peck eggs. I would recommend this for a low budget/small bird backyard chicken owner but definitely not intended for birds that are taller or dual purpose sized. They simply cant turn around. If these boxes were 1.5 times the size they are it would probably work very well. I can say that my broody hen is officially getting over it since I put this in because she literally cant lay in these!! So I guess there is a small lime light.

Unfortunately, I can’t spread good news about this product. It’s sitting outside of my chicken coop right now and I should try to sell it. My chickens didn’t like it at all and lay their eggs on the ground. Some of my chickens would go in there and lay it to get away from the other chickens, but most of them did not use it. I have 22 chickens and I think maybe we would get maybe three eggs inside inside of the nesting box. I’m going back to a regular nesting box made of wood. The nesting boxes are more modern I guess I would say. The eggs actually do not roll into the bins like a remote because the only way that we got our chickens to use them was to add a little hay, which did not allow the eggs to roll. My chickens used it as a roosting place instead. It’s kind of cheap in the functionality of it doesn’t work. I don’t think it was worth the money at all. I wish I could return it.

Putting it together wasn't difficult, and the assembled product was easily moved with two people to place it with the chickens.
