I am very upset that I bought this product. The white bucket material is so thin when you put water in or feed in it. It loses it shape. The feed would not drain into the cups. I had to physically use my hand to make it go into each, just keep filling up each cup. The water container leaks. I’ve tried many different things and still cannot figure out why it leaks. Very disappointed.

Very cheaply made, the hanging instructions/pictures were nothing of what the product looked like and couldn’t be done. The product itself does hold food and the chickens get the food so can’t complain there. The water so far is alright but I have no clue how lol the hanging basket is not small like pictured it’s huge and could hold a watermelon, anything smaller than a large apple would fall thru the holes.

Have had these for a little over a month now and the waterer started leaking. The feeder works well for pellets but not as well for crumbles. Prior to the leak I would have ordered more of these... Good size for the price, comes with all the parts and accessories needed to set up right away, visually pleasing ... Sad it's leaks, crossing fingers for simple fix

It works fine, but its definitely not the best bang for your buck. The design is a little weird, I would have made the feeder and water more compatible with each other, as in be able to hang them beside each other since the feeder has a side without a feeder hole. The leg attachments are pretty flimsy, I wouldn't feel comfortable letting the water or feed stand on the legs without additional support. The chicks seemed to pick up the functionality quick, but the feeder and especially the waterer get dirty really fast. The plug piece meant to close the feeder was easily figured out by my chicks and they pulled it loose from the attachment string and then out of the feeder without the attachment string. This highlights concerns of other animals being able to do the same.
