Arrived damaged, fixable but fragile
Color: Dark Grey
UPDATE: Excellent customer service. First shipment arrived with some damage but the company provided a replacement. The new replacement also arrived with some damage to the roof panel edges, but was otherwise undammaged. The size and functionality of the coop are perfect for our chicks. Would be 5 stars if more durable material.

Cheap in price = cheap materials but works
Color: Dark Grey
Arrived quickly but the box was heavily damaged, so of course there was broken pieces. I thought about returning it but decided to use wood glue on the broken pieces and it worked. The "wood" is very weak and flimsy, I can probably punch a hole through it. I do not recommend this coop if you need something to protect your flock at night, as raccoons and other large predators can bust through it with no problem. It looks decent once put together and should work nicely as a hen laying house.

Functional, easy to clean chicken coop
Color: Dark Grey
Recently we purchased this gray wooden chicken coop, our kids wanted to have some chickens. We are happy with our purchase. The design is practical and well thought out, big plus for two doors that makes it easy to check on chickens and collect eggs. The large nesting boxes are spacious and comfortable. Also one of my favorite features is the pull out tray that makes cleaning so easy and fast. The coop it self feels sturdy and well build. The assembly was easy for our 10 year old son, our little man assemble it by himself. Great choice.

Customer service was excellent. Will need reinforced if purchased.
Color: Dark Grey
****Update Sellers Customer Service was Excellent, quickly responded and came to a resolution that was fair. They will be talking to the manufacturer to fix the issues listed. If you purchase this item you will need to reinforce with longer screws and better hinges. Coop trim pieces came already cracked. Was just put together in April and the screws in the rain shield and nesting box lid are already working themselves out. The top piece is held on by 2 small wooden dowels which have already broken. The material is very flimsy for the price.
