I love this car seat. It is so convenient especially because I was pregnant with a toddler and putting him into the car seat was hard work. I also have an SUV. The cup holders are easy to clean and remove. The material is a 10/10 for me. Very easy to clean. When you want to remove it to get a deep clean it is a little more difficult to take apart but it is worth it in my opinion. I will be repurchasing again for my second child when he grows out of his infant car seat. The padding on the head area gives me some peace of mind. The quality of the seat overall is really sturdy. Very happy with this purchase. I looked and read reviews on lots of convertible car seats and ended up choosing the Chicco Clear Tex Rotational 360 Convertible Car Seat. This seat placed twice on 2024 Top 10 Best Convertible Seats with an 88 overall rating. This car seat is sleek, supports comfortably and is solid. Noted for best overall rotational design and easiest to clean. There were so many notable mentions on overall comfort and safety you could tell this car seat impressed those who tested it. Two cons noted was the weight (it's heavy), and an attached key that has to be used to remove car seat from car. Obviously, those two things did not play a role in my decision. I'm a GiGi and the seat will mostly stay in the car. This seat is solid and once you place it correctly in car it does not budge. My husband was impressed and pleased with the construction, safety, and design. Yay, GiGi! The ease of moving this car seat towards me to get my grandson in and out of the car then move seat back to rear facing 100% saves my back, and 100% saves my back and worth every penny spent. You can purchase a mirror that is designed for this car seat as well. I debated spending $ 29.99 but it's worth it. Babies love to look at themselves and I can see him and know he is safe. The Chicco Fit360 ClearTex Rotating Convertible Car Seat has been amazing for our family. The 360° rotation makes it so much easier on our backs—and on our toddler—when getting him in and out of the car. Right now, he's still rear-facing, but I love that we can rotate the seat forward for short trips to help him gradually get used to front-facing. It’s also super convenient when we stop to eat on the go—we can turn him to face us and easily hand him snacks or toys. The straps are long enough to stay out of the way while getting him buckled, which is a small detail but makes a big difference during busy moments. The magnetic chest buckle is another standout—it clicks together quickly and easily, no fuss. I also appreciate the padded shoulder and leg straps for extra comfort. The cup holders are already getting good use for his water bottle and little toys, and the seat feels sturdy, safe, and well-made. I love that it adjusts and grows with him up to 65 lbs. Could not be happier with this! It is very heavy and pretty bulky so you definitely need to have a larger vehicle to accommodate. But it is so easy to use, so easy to get the baby in and out and tighten it down. Cushions are very ample and supportive. My baby is so comfortable in this she falls asleep almost every time she's in it. The rotating car seat is an absolute game changer and I could not be happier. I was a Doona mom. You can’t beat the convenience. My daughter reached 20 lbs. and I could not lift the car seat in and out anymore. My research and hunt for our “big girl” car seat had my mind spinning with all the options. I knew I wanted a rotating seat to make strapping her in/getting her out easier on me. I’m 5”0 tall and drive a rogue for reference. I read a review of a mom just like me, switching from the Doona. Her review sold me! We’ve had the Chicco seat for 5 days now (we bought 2 lol) and I really love it. Things I love: 1. The chest clip is magnetic when putting it on and has a button for taking off. The magnet is a dream come true bc I don’t have to fret over possibly pinching my little bebe! 2. The 360 spin function! You can spin it to the side and it locks in place for easy loading and unloading. 3. The base goes all the way up my seat acting as a kick pad. My girl can kick those feetsies and not damage my leather seats. Win. 4. There’s a mirror you can buy separately that clicks into the base. Mine is on order! This is great bc my current mirror slides off the headrest often. 5. This seat can be used from NB all the way through. So it just a good choice for Doona mommies. 6. 2 cup holders that come off for easy cleaning! 7. A little pricey but worth it to me! 8. We went with the black and it is so chic looking. Quality is top tier!! 9. Shoulder and hip pads! Maximum comfort for my angel baby. Things I don’t love: 1. The straps need to be perfectly adjusted or they scratch your babies neck. I love this rotating carseat. My 13m grandson was using a Doona up until a few months ago. I loved the convenience of the Doona but knew it was time to get a bigger car seat. Most of my friends recommended a Graco which I got but putting a fussy baby in sideways was difficult. I started reviewing other car seats, watching You Tube Videos and was impressed with the videos on the Chicco Fit360 Rotating Car seat. While it was more than I wanted to spend, I liked the idea of rotating the seat. I ordered one and have to say I’m very happy with it. Money well spent. I’ve been using it now for about a month and have no complaints. My grandson seems to really like it as well. No more fussing when I put him in as he faces me, once he is hooked in, I rotate him rear facing. It took 2 of us, my husband and I to get the base installed properly nice and tight but only took about 5 minutes. We used both the seatbelt clips (which are very cheap, only complaint) and the toggle belt. I purchased the door cover separately from Chicco as I did read some reviews where rear facing kiddos use their feet to open it. Even though this seat does not have recline positions after installation, in rear facing the seat is reclined enough for my grandson. This car seat is very attractive, well made and the seat cover and headrest are thicker and more padded than most car seats I looked at or read reviews on. Do not feel like the seat is any heavier than other seats on the market. It’s no problem for me lifting the seat in an out of the car. Overall I would buy this car seat again and plan on purchasing one for my son. I have ordered a separate base for my husbands truck so we don’t have to remove base from my KIA Telluride, which the seat/base fits perfect in. ... show more

Saves my back! Beautiful, functional, and most importantly, rotates 360! I did alot of research as a first time mom on which car seat was safe, easy to use, and will grow with a newborn. I didn't care for a separate infant car seat since they grow so fast and would be an added expense. This car seat came with newborn inserts so I was able to bring home my 7 pound 11 ounces baby and was easy to remove once baby out grew it. The straps and head rest are easy to adjust especially after each growth spurt. Make sure to use the harness buckle stowage on the side when taking baby out so you're not messing with the harness when putting baby in. The magnetic chest clip makes strapping in baby quick and easy as well! The feature I love the most and a big reason for the purchase is the ability for it to rotate. It's simple to use with just one hand and saves my back from twisting and reaching over to put baby in and take out. Installation is also simple and quick. Its a bit heavy but I have not needed to remove it from my car, you can also buy a separate base which most other car seats do not offer. Make sure to read the manual thoroughly! It may be a learning curve to figure everything out but once you do it's so simple and practical! The only thing I can say that I do not like is the strap that is used to click the car seat off the base - I barely use it, it gets in the way, and there is no stowage for it so its just hanging out and can get caught when rotating the seat. I put it in the cup holder and always check because its been caught before and its a pain to take out. However, I still highly recommend this car seat if that is its only flaw. It's been 4 months and this car seat has held up well to a blow out and multiple spit ups. ... show more

I absolutely love this car seat. It’s made life so much easier to put my little girl in and out of the truck. I don’t love the magnetic sternum strap. We’ve had this for almost a year and a half now and the magnetic piece sometimes doesn’t clip in all the way, and sometimes it’s hard to unclip. However if you do it a few times it matches up and works. If you clean it out really well it fixes the problem, but it does get stuck sometimes if you don’t keep it well clean. It is quite heavy, so I would suggest it be in one singular vehicle and not one that you’re gonna take in and out. however, installation is pretty easy. ***Side note… It does come with 2 removable cup holders.
