I love Chi and I do like this product as a post-style setter, but I would NOT describe it as a “conditioner.” It smells wonderful and is fairly lightweight but it is sticky and sets like a spray. And only half the price! I can't belive I FINALLY found a shampoo/conditioner that works with my hair. My hair has always been a problem for me; it is very thick and naturally wavy, prone to tangles and split ends. I have been switching between brands for years and nothing really worked, some brands got down the frizz but left my hair feeling stiff or I would get a burst of volume in exchange for a birds nest later on. I have very frizzy hair in the humidity and was hoping this would work as well as an old product I used, but it didn’t. It’s heavy, and still didn’t tame my frizz very well. Wish I could find the old suave product I used. I don’t think I’ll buy it again.
