  • Great product

Everything works perfectly . The only thing that I don’t love is the wand because it doesn’t foam the milk wind

  • Easy to use all-in-one unit with room to improve
Size: 13.8" x 12.8" x 19.2" Color: Stainless Steel
I ordered this for our guest apartment as it seemed like an easy way to offer espresso without a lot of training. And it truly is. There's a lot to like about this relatively inexpensive espresso machine, but there's room to improve too. (+ below = good; - below = not my favorite) + The instructions are fairly straightforward & easy to set up - The water tank uses a water filter you're supposed to replace regularly, but only one is included. And I don't see a way to get another one. Checked the Chefman store here, and as of the time of this review, none were offered. It isn't a standard filter so far as I can tell. - The metal parts aren't very heavy duty...kinda flimsy. + the cleaning tools are tucked away inside the machine so it's easy to keep track of them. That being said, at first I thought they were missing because they come packed in that spot, and I couldn't find them. + It's clean. I have other higher end espresso makers and grinders that make a big mess moving the grounds to the brewer. Not with this one. Very clean, but it is a 2-step process. - Despite being a 15 bar system, the instructions say not to pull coffee and steam milk at the same time. It can't handle that. BIG minus in my book. - The pressure gauge is kind of weird coming from using a more professional system. It doesn't show any pressure readings until you're pulling coffee. + The water tank in the back is easier to remove, refill & replace than I thought it would be. There's a little flip up handle under the lid that makes it really easy to lift it out and slip it back into place without moving around the machine so you can see the back. + The water tank has filling, filter and descaling instructions right on it. Helpful in case the manual goes missing. I'm still dialing in getting a good espresso pull. I appreciate that there are multiple grind settings to help me get it dialed in. Starting at "12" as is suggested produced a bitter, overly long pull with Costco espresso roast. • Horrible
Size: 13.8" x 12.8" x 19.2" Color: Stainless Steel
Grinder stopped working after four uses. Apparently this is a common issue with the machine. I shouldnt need to be troubleshooting 4 days in… spent hours trying to get it to simply grind beans. This thing is a piece of crap.

  • Amazing Home Espresso Setup – Latte Lovers Rejoice!
Size: 13.8" x 12.8" x 19.2" Color: Stainless Steel
Our family is big on lattes, but going to a coffee shop every day was getting expensive and time-consuming. This espresso machine lets us make café-quality lattes right at home and honestly, they taste better than most coffee shops! No burnt coffee flavor, and you can fully customize everything from grind size to milk froth. The machine is super easy to use, and cleanup is straightforward, which is a huge plus for busy mornings. It’s compact enough to fit on the counter without taking over the kitchen, and it feels like a professional setup with everything you could possibly want in one machine. So far, everything has worked perfectly for us. Great flavor, rich crema, and consistent results. If you love lattes (or espresso) and want to skip the daily coffee run, this is hands down an amazing option. ... show more

  • A sleek espresso upgrade—just be sure to grind with the built-in!
Size: 13.8" x 12.8" x 19.2" Color: Stainless Steel
UPDATED Review 3/2025: Crema Supreme 15 Bar Espresso Machine with Milk Frother and Coffee Grinder What I Liked: • Beautiful Design: The stainless steel finish is high-quality and looks great on the counter. • Compact Yet Spacious: Despite the large 3L water tank, it fits comfortably under cabinets and takes up less space than many commercial-style machines. • Built-in Grinder: The grinder works very well—especially with its 30 grind settings—and that’s key! I originally had pressure issues, but once I started using whole beans with the built-in grinder instead of my own, the pressure gauge began working correctly and I started getting excellent crema and extraction. • Thoughtful Storage: Love how the accessories store neatly underneath the tray for a tidy setup. • Versatile Enough to Replace Other Machines: I now only use my Keurig for guests or hot water. This machine has taken over my daily coffee routine. What I Disliked: • Plastic Components: The water tank and accessory storage areas are plastic, which feels a little less premium next to the sleek stainless body. • Extra Steps Required: The steam wand needs a water purge before frothing, which adds time to the process. • Filter Replacement Confusion: The included water filter is great, but it’s unclear where to get replacements and what brand/model is compatible. Updated Take on the Pressure Gauge: Originally, I thought mine was defective because it wasn’t moving. Turns out, the issue was user error—I wasn’t using the built-in grinder. Once I did, pressure built correctly and the gauge worked as intended. This should really be emphasized in the manual. Overall Recommendation: This is a fantastic machine for anyone ready to move beyond beginner setups. It looks gorgeous, performs well (once properly used), and feels like a premium product at a mid-range price point. There’s a slight learning curve, but the results are worth it. I now use my Keurig for hot water only because the depth of flavor and strength in my espresso is top notch! You won’t regret this purchase. I sure don’t! ORIGINAL Review 11/2024: Crema Supreme 15 Bar Espresso Machine with Milk Frother and Coffee Grinder What I Liked: Beautiful Design: The stainless steel finish is high-quality and looks great on the counter. Compact Yet Spacious: Fits under cabinets and takes up less space than commercial machines, despite the large 3L water tank capacity. Built-in Grinder: The grinder performs well with its 30 grind settings, offering great versatility. Thoughtful Storage: Accessories tuck neatly under the tray, keeping everything organized. What I Disliked: Plastic Components: The water tank and parts for accessory storage feel less premium compared to the stainless steel body. Pressure Gauge Issues: My gauge hasn’t moved, despite following the instructions step-by-step. It might be defective, which is frustrating for a high-priced unit. Extra Steps Required: The steaming wand requires a preliminary round with water before frothing, which feels like an unnecessary hassle. Filter Replacement Confusion: The included filter is great, but finding replacements is unclear. Overall Recommendation: This espresso machine has a lot going for it, especially with its stylish design, spacious water tank, and effective grinder. However, issues like the pressure gauge, reliance on plastic parts, and minor inconveniences detract from the overall experience. While it’s on the pricier side, it’s still more affordable than many other machines with similar features. A solid choice for intermediate users, but novices may encounter a learning curve. ... show more
