As supplemental heat its great but if you want to rely on it alone then make sure it's a small room that's insulated well I also wish that the temperature increments were smaller than every 5 degrees as sometimes a 5 degree difference is too much but overall it does work as described and installs fairly easily ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Make sure your outlet can handle the voltage…it keeps tripping our breaker because our TV is using sane plug. Other than that, it’s a nice unit.

We originally bought one at Lowes but that one was defective so I took a chance an ordered the n Amazon and I’m glad it worked out because this is a great fireplace! It’s beautiful, Heat is great and it’s quiet! We haven’t had a single issue. Many options for color and one thing we really liked is when adjusting the heat it starts high at 90 and you go down from there. Very good purchase and would definitely recommend ... show more
