The media could not be loaded. Bought to have for an outdoor party. Lit it earlier and it worked ok but took around 30 minutes before the flame was taller than 1/4 of the tube. 2nd time using never did get a flame, just smoked and sooted up the glass tube. Cleaned the tube (which was not easy) and tried it again yesterday with brand new pellets and it never did have a flame. Just smoked and sooted the tube back up. Looks great but works lousy. A lot of money spent for something that worked one time. I would not buy this again nor suggest to anyone else to buy it.

doesn't really heat up the area, not very bright. Isn't gonna light up an area. It's cool, clean burning , takes some work to keep it clean. couple of uses and its pretty dirty, the glass tube anyway. easy to put together , once its going It doesn't smoke.

This is a very nice wood pellet fire pit for outside. I ordered the small and love it. I have read some reviews about it smoking and not working. Before I add any pellets, I use a stainless steel strainer and strain out the small dust particles. I do this for my wood pellet grill as well. This helps with the airflow as you get further along with your burn. So keep the small particles out of your pellets and this thing works like a champ.

Not impressed. No heat output unless you’re right next to it. We cannot get the flame to go higher than half the tube. Will return for a full refund. Disappointed because it seemed like such a cool idea.

Don't expect to get a heater, was not my goal and I was right. It is a cool looking device. The quality is okay, not super high. The fire starts as described. Depends on the type of pellets the burning time differs. However, a couple of hours is always possible. The flame is most of the time 1/2 the height of the glass tube. The pictures are more promising than the reality.

The media could not be loaded. We are really enjoying our patio heater! Assembly was very easy and it took less than 20 minutes to assemble. Clear and concise instructions. There is a learning curve to starting the heater but once it starts, it’s very enjoyable. We are not experiencing cold temperatures right now, but it was very warm around the heater. Just the right amount of ambiance for sitting on the patio with your favorite beverage and friends! Clean up after is a breeze! Empty the ash tray and wipe it down (once it cools completely).
