They have different colors on the light bar and then for each device (headset, and each controller). The magnets are strong and connect well and easily to each device. We bought this charging dock for the Meta Quest my child recently received. At first it worked like a dream. After about two weeks the headset would no longer charge on the dock. However, since we really purchased this dock to charge the controllers we continued using it. About two weeks later (right after the return window closed) one of the controller docks stopped working. Now we have a charging dock that will only charge one controller. I am frustrated and my son is disappointed because he used his Christmas money to purchase this dock.
