When I had my first baby 5 years ago, I tried using this bottle but I was disappointed with it because everytime I used it, it would leak somehow. With my second baby, I was forced to use it since baby ended up being in the NICU due to a feeding issue & got used to the Dr. Brown’s bottles used there. The hospital gave us the narrow-neck bottle for use when at home. I was annoyed because again every time I used it, it leaked again. I knew I was doing something wrong. I realized from reading the reviews that the green insert is what causes the problem. Every time I would warm the bottle with the green insert in, all the milk in the bottle would come out of the bottle and into the warmer…I guess it creates some sort of pressure. After I started warming the bottle without the green insert, everything has been good! The bottle really helps reduce the air & as a result baby is not fussy. I also like the fact that the bottles are budget friendly. I know a lot of folks complain that there are a lot of parts to wash, which I totally agree with, but I intend to eventually use the bottled without the green insert so that baby is used to drinking milk normally. ... show more

Best decision ever for me and my wife. We read a lot of reviews and watched videos/vlogs for ALL, literally ALL brands of feeding/milk bottles and these definitely are the ones you need for your newborn/infant. Our 2-month-old daughter is still exclusively breastfed by my wife, but we already train her to use these bottles (filled with pumped breastmilk) since her 1st month. First time using it, she loved it and finished the entire thing! She also burped right away (which proved that the anti-colic feature is true and effective!). We hope other parents would also discover this product (to avoid buying/trying different brands of milk bottles and making the baby confused as to which bottle/nipple he/she have to get used to). Also, no damage even after washing/sterilizing/drying, still the same excellent quality. Happy to share our wonderful experience with these anti-colic milk bottles. Kudos to Dr. Brown's. My 3 month old is bottle feeding so much better in these wide neck bottles! No leaking around the mouth, better latch too! We had been using the narrow Dr. Browns but switched to the wide neck a few weeks ago. They’re sturdier than the narrow version, hold more fluid, clean easier and the nipple is so much better for my son! I also think he is having less nipples confusion and nursing better after working with these wife neck bottles. ... show more

Overall good bottle. I like the design of the bottle. Makes it easy to grip. Size one nipples had too fast of a fire for my newborn so I had to get the size zero nipples and they worked great. Just a pain to clean all the parts.

We LOVE these bottles and I can't say enough great things about them - however - if you don't have the lid on super tight then they can leak. But you have to be careful about over tightening because that is absolutely a thing too! We used these for months but have also switched to the glass version of these bottles and have not had a single one leak. Plus the glass is easier to throw in the microwave (we were uncomfortable microwaving these plastic ones so we had an added layer of heating milk). Highly recommend them, but recommend the glass ones even more! ... show more
