I purchased and received about one week post panniculectomy. The compression is great! It’s much better than the one the hospital uses. Adjustable from loose to very tight. Once in place it doesn’t loosen. Very easy to apply without assistance. It does ride up a bit it you have hips, if you’re more straight I don’t think you will have that issue. I wore mine against my skin without sweating or itching. Great quality. I recommend trying it. It works very well for me.

Very cheap quality. I was hopeful about it because of the many high star reviews but honestly this is a case of you get what you pay for. I have only been using it for 4 days and it is already coming apart and fraying. I would not buy this again unless you only need it for a few days. Fits true to size. Support is a 50/50 if you can get it to cover the area you need. It rolls a lot, and it is not comfortable to sleep in. It is breathable fabric and light wait. You can put it on by yourself but it is a lot easier with a second person
