I received this binder, and I've been really pleased with how it fits and performs. I've been using it to help manage symptoms of POTS and some lower back pain, and it's been a great tool for me. The design is thoughtful, with a main band that wraps around me and fastens with Velcro, and a second band that provides additional support and also fastens with Velcro. I've found it easy to put on and adjust as needed, and it's comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. One of the things I appreciate most about this binder is how well it stays in place, even when I'm sitting or moving around. I have a long torso so maybe that is helpful for me. I have found before that binders are not long enough and bunch but this one is nice and fits me well since I have a longer torso. It doesn't crease or bunch up, which can be a problem with some other binders I've tried. The material seems durable and well-made, and I'm confident that it will hold up to regular use. The thickness of the binder is just right - it's substantial enough to provide good support, but thin enough to be easily hidden under my clothing. Overall, I think this binder is a good value for the money. The Velcro fasteners are secure and easy to use, and the binder itself is comfortable and supportive. I'm glad I received this product, and I'm looking forward to continuing to use it to help manage my symptoms.

Ordered this to support my abdomen and hold everything in place after surgery and it works like a dream. Before, the incision area would get pulled if I moved in the wrong way, but now the tissue and skin stay in place without worry. It is as breathable as a binder can be and the two layer design allows for customizable compression. The velcro is the real star since it catches easily and stays in place without popping open when you sit. While it is not a back brace, I did find it offered light back and posture support as well. It is not the softest material but I just wear it over it a t-shirt and you can't see it at all under a looser shirt. From top to bottom the width is over 8 inches so it slightly bends/rolls at the very top or bottom depending on where it is positioned on my personal fat distribution, but not in a way that is binding so it is comfortable to wear all day and even while lounging or taking a short nap. Highly recommend for post surgical patients but I will probably keep wearing it after I heal for the support.

I’ve been on the hunt for something to support my back and help with rib pain that I experience from my hEDS. This has been a lifesaver! It gives so much support without having to be tightened to the point of squeezing the breath out of me. It’s comfortable enough to wear for longer periods. It stays in place better than any other brace I’ve tried, even when I’m sitting down. I’m genuinely impressed by the Velcro! It’s some powerful stuff! It stays secure and is super easy to adjust. I love the design of having a second part to tighten up the support. That makes it perfect for quick adjustments without the whole thing just falling off. It does muffin top my back a little but a loose fitting shirt is enough to cover that up. I personally wear a thin tank top or something under it because I have sensory issues but that doesn’t mess with its support or fit at all. I definitely would recommend giving this a try if you’re looking for some midsection support that’s easy to adjust and gets the job done!

I've been using this binder nightly for hernia/lower back support. It really helps me sleep better. The binder is easy to put on and take off. The velcro sections work consistently and they are very strong. I wear this over a tank top. The material is sturdy. Slight rolling occurs if I do not have the material straight.
