Below was my previous review re this product, and I’ve never expected that the seller would directly contact me and make it up to our son. They sent us new and in good condition Reflex bag coz they wanted my son to still enjoy using it. Unfortunate things happen at times, but we’re glad the seller took action on it. This is a very humbling customer service. “It lasted for only less than 5months. Arrived last January, and now it’s already deflated. My 6-year old was the only one using it, and I don’t think his punches were strong enough to deflate the boxing bag. Unfortunately, can’t be returned and refunded anymore.” ... show more

    • Buyer beware and note there are better options available.
Warning the bag itself seems ok however, boxing gloves have to be purchased separately and the balls tied to strings supposedly for training is a joke. There are competitors that include the gloves for a lower price and same quality stand. Shame.

My 7 y/o uses this daily. He has a lot of energy, and he likes punching and punching it, he makes a game out of trying to get faster and faster but maintaining accuracy while hitting it. We used sand to fill the base and find that it's very sturdy and stays in place whether it's on our hardwood floor or carpet. We're also happy with the height adjustments options, we feel like he'll be able to use this for a while as he grows. ... show more

    • Works well, don’t fill with water
We wanted this to keep indoors. I used water and it leaked where the cap is. You should use sand. The bag works well. The gloves it comes with are garbage.
