I bought this for my now 12 year old a year ago and it has taken a ton of beatings over that time. They were nice enough to replace the bag for us when it started tearing. The post and stand have stood up amazingly and no issues with those.

Below was my previous review re this product, and I’ve never expected that the seller would directly contact me and make it up to our son. They sent us new and in good condition Reflex bag coz they wanted my son to still enjoy using it. Unfortunate things happen at times, but we’re glad the seller took action on it. This is a very humbling customer service. “It lasted for only less than 5months. Arrived last January, and now it’s already deflated. My 6-year old was the only one using it, and I don’t think his punches were strong enough to deflate the boxing bag. Unfortunately, can’t be returned and refunded anymore.” ... show more

I was absolutely so disappointed in this product that I raced to Dick's to buy a substantial boxing bag.. it now has been thrown in a box to be discarded. I couldn't even return it because i started to set it up and parts were just terrible.

We absolutely love love love this product. Every single one of my four kids ages 11 down to 4 use this product on the daily. Whether they just want to get some energy out or they are showing off to their friends or they are actually training themselves, they have the best time with it. Every adult and kid who comes into our house wants to try it and we have competitions all the time. the quality is incredible and this is not our first boxing bag!     • Works well, don’t fill with water
We wanted this to keep indoors. I used water and it leaked where the cap is. You should use sand. The bag works well. The gloves it comes with are garbage.

Components feel really high quality - the bag, the pole, everything - sturdy, durable. The boxing gloves that come with the bag are a temp - better order proper boxing gloves, but the bag itself is excellent, kid loves it.
